On previous occasions senior editors have intervened to reverse content removal, and in December temporary protection was given to Rice and peas as a result of the actions of the said user. I have tried to report the user for vandalism but I have not seen a change. I am also seeking help with the absolute blocking of this user who continues to abuse the platform. I have tried to engage with the user via open talk, and have also warned them over a dozen times, but to no avail. Indefinite semi-protection: Persistent vandalism – The continued and persistent additions of IPs and new editors commenting about attempting to contact Miller, or trying to confirm if they were actually contacted by Miller from Facebook (who were contacted by clear scammers) is getting to be fairly disruptive, and the clear warnings against posting such is not working and has been going on for multiple years. Requesting indefinite talk page protection of the lowest level to combat this. I don't think the article needs any protection since these commenters never seem to do anything else and don't edit the article, but not against equal protection either.
