The "Brutalist House"'s souroundings are based on the Heathtrow Hotel.

The Souroundings of the "Brutalist House" aren't an appartment complex, they are based on the lobby of the Holiday Inn London Heathrow T4 - a famous "liminal space"/"Backrooms" location, that actually exists, as opposed to the Bathhouse wich is based on Art. The Location is often interpreted as outdoors (including in the game), but is actually indoors and thus looks uncanny. However The Hotel itself isn't Brutalist. The Thematic link to the Airport seems to be important.

It would not be fair use because a free alternative could exist (Wikipedia:NFCC 1.), as you could use textures from Freedoom. The reason the Doom 1 image is fair use is because it is used on the Doom 1 article and a free alternative to depict Doom 1, cannot exist.
