I've pulled the {{rfc}} tag here, primarily because there is zero indication that WP:RFCBEFORE has been satisfied. Also, I don't see why a normal talk page discussion could not resolve the issue, if indeed there is any issue here - I've deen smaller drafts, and plenty that were larger - or much larger.
