Overlinking
Hi there. Welcome to Wikipedia and I hope you enjoy your editing. I just wanted to point something out based on your current set of edits, you are adding a lot of links into articles but on many occasions you're adding too many links. We don't link common words in Wikipedia, just because they have an article. We only link to other pages when there is a reason for a user to want to click it to learn more that they don't already know. For example we don't link things like duck, dam, house, water, railway etc. For reference you can check out WP:OVERLINKING for more information. Cheers. Speedy deletion nomination of True North Inc
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on True North Inc, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.
- It appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), individual animal, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. True North Inc
I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and allow you to continue working on the True North Inc page. As a result, I have moved the page to User:AmericanAir88/True North Inc so you can continue working on the page out of mainspace. Please do not move it back to mainspace until a third party approves of it, and read Wikipedia:So you made a userspace draft for any assistance related to your draft. You may also leave me a message on my talk page if you have any more questions. Thank you. SkyWarrior 01:02, 8 August 2017 (UTC)
AfD-related concerns
Given various other postings here on your talk page, I have serious misgivings about you closing AfDs. Normally those are closed by administrators, but sometimes they are closed by others (so-called "non-admin closures", "NACs"), but I can't imagine they're ever closed by accounts with less than 500 edits and a month of tenure, especially before the usual seven-day period. It might be best for you to let AfDs run their regular course and let actual admins handle their closures. Imzadi 1979 → 03:21, 29 August 2017 (UTC)
- I apologize for getting involved with AFD's. I am dedicated to making wikipedia a stronger and better place and mean no harm by it. Recently, I joined the "Article Rescue Squadran" and scouted for articles that others thought and I thought were not "deletion material" I wanted to really make a difference in Wikipedia by doing this. I apologize for messing with administrative business, I did not know AFD's were for that rank. I guess I should stay with cleanup and backlogs. Time to go expand stubs. AmericanAir88 (talk) 03:33, 29 August 2017 (UTC)
- If you feel an article nominated for deletion can be rescued, you're best way of doing that is to fix up the article and to comment in the discussion, not to short-circuit a process that runs for seven days per nomination. Imzadi 1979 → 03:39, 29 August 2017 (UTC)
- I completely understand what you are saying. I apologize for getting in the way of the process. I will help by focusing on cleanup, maintenance, and referencing; not doing administrative work. Thank you for notifying me. AmericanAir88 (talk) 03:42, 29 August 2017 (UTC)

GA reviews and formatting

Rollback granted
Hi AmericanAir88. After reviewing your request for "rollbacker", I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:
- Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
- Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
- Rollback should never be used to edit war.
- If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
- Use common sense.
If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:Administrators' guide/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! Alex ShihTalk 01:34, 17 October 2017 (UTC)
Cop and a Half-Wit article
Hi, just wanted to let you know that I've redirected your article to the season 15 page, as there was an AfD discussion for the page and it was deleted due to no standalone notability. The page you created had the "W" capitalized (whereas the previously deleted article didn't), so I'm presuming you weren't aware of the discussion. No worries and just wanted to make you sure you aware of the relevant discussion there. Cheers, Katniss May the odds be ever in your favor ♥ 02:36, 19 October 2017 (UTC)
- @KatnissEverdeen: Thanks for the input, but I do not see the need to delete my entire article without permission. The article has no major problems and the deletion decision was not justified. Why does every other episode in Season 15 get its own article? Why do you target my article and not the others of Season 15? AmericanAir88 (talk) 21:02, 19 October 2017 (UTC)
- @KatnissEverdeen: The AFD was also closed by a Non-Admin.
- Hi AmericanAir88, I apologize if it seemed like I was "targetting" your article. That certainly wasn't my intention and I was simply following the results of the AfD discussion. The issue that was stated in the AfD is that the episode had "No standalone notability" and "Arguments such as "there is a Wikipedia article for every episode of the series" fall into WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS, which is a not a valid argument at AFD." However, I am a bit confused as to why you say "The deletion decision was not justified," as the majority of commenters there agreed that it should be redirected? Regarding your second comment, AfDs are allowed to be closed by non-admins per this. If you disagree with the decision though, I'd recommend trying to reopen the discussion or contacting Natg 19 on his talk page. I can't really comment I guess on whether I agree with the deletion decision, since I didn't participate in the AfD and I can see plausible arguments going both ways on whether to keep the article or not. Hope that explains things better. Cheers Katniss May the odds be ever in your favor ♥ 13:38, 20 October 2017 (UTC)
Hi. Thankyou for your participation in the challenge series or/and contests. In November The Women in Red World Contest is being held to try to produce new articles for as many countries worldwide and occupations as possible. There will be over $4000 in prizes to win, including Amazon vouchers and paid subscriptions. If this would appeal to you and you think you'd be interested in contributing new articles on women during this month for your region or wherever please sign up in the participants section. The articles done may also count towards the ongoing challenge. If you're not interested in prize money yourself but are willing to participate and raise money to buy books about women for others to use, this is also fine. Help would also be appreciated in drawing up the lists of missing articles. If you think of any missing articles please add them to the sub lists by continent at Missing articles. Thankyou, and if taking part, good luck!♦ Dr. Blofeld 08:56, 5 October 2017 (UTC)

Replaceable fair use File:Zoomerang at Lake Compounce, 2015.jpeg
Thanks for uploading File:Zoomerang at Lake Compounce, 2015.jpeg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the file description page and add the text
{{Di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}}
below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing<your reason>
with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable. - On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Mz7 (talk) 01:00, 1 November 2017 (UTC)
The Shawshank Redemption
Hello:
The copy edit that you requested from the Guild of Copy Editors of the article The Shawshank Redemption has been completed.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
I do not have access to the works cited in the Analysis section so have to take it on faith that any sentences used from them have been accurately quoted and marked so, or rewritten in the contributor'(s') own words.
Good luck with the GAN.

Draft Web.com article for consideration
Hello, AmericanAir88. On behalf of Web.com, I've drafted an expanded and updated Wikipedia article for review by uninvolved editors. The current Web.com article is in critical need of improvement, as evidenced by the 5 banners and multiple "citation needed" tags. I've worked to address these tags by researching the company's history and drafting an accurate, neutral, and verifiable Wikipedia article, using appropriate sourcing.
So far, no editors have responded to this edit request, so I am reaching out to individual members of WikiProject Companies to ask for help. Might you be willing to review the proposed draft, then replace the current article's markup with the draft's markup appropriately?
Thanks for your consideration. Inkian Jason (talk) 20:07, 1 November 2017 (UTC)

List-defined references
Hi, I noticed your edits on Sunnyside Sugar Plantation and I am guessing you are not familiar with List-defined references. They are not widely used and I'm not a particular fan of them in normal circumstances but they are pretty much the only format that I can use when generating articles from CC-BY sources which use inline citations with a reference list (the Sunnyside article being a generated article). When the generator encounters the [DD] citation in the body text of the CC source, it emits something like <ref name=PREFIX-DD/> and then when it encounters the numbered reference list, it emits them with as list-defined references correspondingly numbered, so the source citations correctly point to the right item in the reference list. It's not ideal but it works. Kerry (talk) 02:46, 26 November 2017 (UTC)
- @Kerry Raymond: Hello, thank you for the feedback. I was clearing a backlog for the wiki project "Check Wikipedia". The dump claims that it has incorrect usage. I apologize if I caused inconvenience to the article.

Hi there! I came across your recent AfC approval of Refuge Recovery Centers and it seemed to fall short of WP:CORP so I nominated it for deletion. Let me know if I missed anything, and feel free to chime in or hit me up if you got any questions. Drewmutt (^ᴥ^) talk 00:10, 6 December 2017 (UTC)
Hi. I authored that article and it was my first. I appreciated your AfC approval. Following Dremutt's deletion nomination, I found two additional citations to address the WP:CORP issue raised by Drewmutt, and made appropriate edits. As I read the guidelines which you pointed out in the discussion suggest that authors be given time to improve articles before deleting them, I am having a hard time understanding why you were so quick to abandon your "Keep" recommendation. I'd also appreciate any help and advice on appealing the deletion. Vampire_Squid (^ᴥ^) talk 14:31, 14 December 2017 (UTC)
@Vampire Squid: Hi, I totally agree that they should have given more time for authors to improve the article. I abandoned my "keep" statement because I realized that my defense was hopeless. There were already several "delete" statements out there and I knew that my power could not overrun it. I will do what ever it takes to satisfy you. I will help appeal. Proposed merger: creamer potato into potato (discussion)
Salutations,
I saw you were listed on Project Merge, and I thought I'd reach out to you.
I propose that Creamer potato be merged into potato (discussion).

I don't expect any objections, but as an unregistered user I do not have the rights to to edit potato.
I expect the merge will be simple and if you are available/willing to carry out the merger it would be appreciated.

Advice on recently deleted article?
Saw you are part of the Article Rescue Squadron and wondered if you might be able to offer advice and or help. I'm an inexperienced editor who wrote a few articles in 2014 (I'm a professor and wanted to understand wikipedia better and be able to help my students with it). Two of my articles were created, but one was deleted today (Ty Morse) after a discussion that hinged on whether or not the subject was actually notable, which did not seem to reach consensus. I don't know who to reach out to or if this is even appropriate, but I'm looking for some guidance on what to do now or how to resolve it. Any ideas? Jemima1418 (talk) 18:33, 3 January 2018 (UTC)

Milk allergy - want to try reviewing another GAN?
AA88 - my nomination of Milk allergy for promotion to Good Article has been awaiting a reviewer since December 11. One of the problems is that the experienced editors knowledgeable about the topic (Doc James, Zefr, jtydog) have been contributors to the article in the past. Do you feel up to reviewing another allergy article. This can wait until after you complete your own GA process for French fries. P.S. In between Egg allergy and now I succeeded in bringing Vitamin C to GA status and did a DYK for Egg allergy. David notMD (talk) 18:58, 2 January 2018 (UTC)
@David notMD: Sure thing, Anything for you. I am 100% on board. It will be a bit before I get to it but I will start the review. AmericanAir88 (talk) 00:27, 3 January 2018 (UTC)
- Again, be exacting. There is some text and refs in Milk allergy Talk that an editor moved there to give me an opportunity to fix. I will get to that post-haste, and reinsert into article, with additional citations. The issue is that I had a misunderstanding that the term FPIES addressed all aspects of non-IgE mediated milk allergy. David notMD (talk) 00:59, 3 January 2018 (UTC)
- Ok, Thank you. Also Thank you so much for helping me out with the "French Fries" review. Due to the fact that I am currently committed to it, it will be a little bit before I can start yours. Thanks AmericanAir88 (talk) 01:04, 3 January 2018 (UTC)
- On Milk allergy, delayed start is good, as I and a few MDs are still hashing out what should be in the article and what not. David notMD (talk) 13:52, 4 January 2018 (UTC)
- Ready to proceed whenever you are. Added a sub-section on regulation of labeling. May still add content to the Research section on cross-reactivity with soy. David notMD (talk) 03:16, 12 January 2018 (UTC)
- @David notMD: Ready! Starting Tomorrow. AmericanAir88 (talk) 03:19, 12 January 2018 (UTC)
Maybe wait until 1/15? Right now, article not yet stable, as BB and DJ and I are discussing what to include, what to exclude, and where to put it. David notMD (talk) 11:45, 13 January 2018 (UTC)
@David notMD: Good idea, I currently have the flu also but will power through it to get this done. AmericanAir88 (talk) 14:39, 13 January 2018 (UTC)
Please start the process. I believe the article is stable enough that the review will not trigger massive additions or subtractions. David notMD (talk) 10:48, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
@David notMD: Sorry for the wait, there is a Government shutdown happening right now and work is crazy at the moment. (I work for the government) AmericanAir88 (talk) 21:50, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
- Understood. I am self-employed (consultant), but some of what I do requires access to federal databases, so also affected, albeit in a minor way. Start when you can start. David notMD (talk) 21:54, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
- I will be away from computers 1/26-28, so starting Monday or Tuesday OK with me. David notMD (talk) 22:41, 25 January 2018 (UTC)
@David notMD: I can start Monday. I am deeply sorry about the delay, work has been a nightmare. AmericanAir88 (talk) 12:02, 26 January 2018 (UTC)
- Oh. Deleted my last query and your reply. Will get to it. David notMD (talk) 10:52, 8 February 2018 (UTC)
Your guidance appreciated. David notMD (talk) 04:16, 15 February 2018 (UTC)
It appears that I...
...will not be the only person making changes to Milk Allergy. At least two other editors - MDs - appear to have this on their watch list. I will continue to make changes per your Issues, and state in the Edit comments that my changes are to comply with the GA reviewer. I believe we are all working in good faith to better the article, and so do not expect to get into futile edit warring. David notMD (talk) 17:19, 10 February 2018 (UTC)
- Or maybe will. In the Talk of the article itself (not the GA review) there are two ongoing discussions: trace amounts and table or not. Debate being hashed out there. On the latter, I had created a table of example foods. BB took it out in favor of text. I restored the table as addressing your "Could be worded better" comment about mentioning foods. BB removed the table again. David notMD (talk) 11:51, 11 February 2018 (UTC)
@David notMD: I am proud of the work you are doing to solve the conflict. In order to pass Attribute 5, BB will need to stop removing your table. I believe your table is beneficial to the article and provides a better understanding of the allergy. Feel free to add the table again, If BB removes it, I will warn him. AmericanAir88 (talk) 19:21, 11 February 2018 (UTC)
- I have the table in my Sandbox. Will look at it to see if shortening the list makes it more appropriate as an example list (not a comprehensive list) of non-obvious foods. My own opinion is that people who are not healthcare professionals can appreciate examples but not come away with the idea that these are the only foods with hidden dairy ingredients. David notMD (talk) 21:03, 11 February 2018 (UTC)
@David notMD: Agree AmericanAir88 (talk) 01:34, 12 February 2018 (UTC)
- Added a smaller list than I had originally created, and in Talk for the article, stated that this was a preference from the GA reviewer, and also that in its wording, made clear that these were examples rather than a comprehensive list, and that foods not on this list should still be subjected to label reading for ingredients. In my Edit comments I asked for the topic to be taken up in Talk rather than reverted wholesale. With this, I believe I have addressed all of the initial bulleted points. David notMD (talk) 03:16, 13 February 2018 (UTC)
- The editor in question has again reverted the list I added. A comment was left at the end of the Talk section on this topic and I replied. The two of us are at an impasse. David notMD (talk) 19:16, 13 February 2018 (UTC)
- Appears solved. Both you and Doc James weighed in favoring including a list. BB has agreed to stop deleting the list. Also, Doc James made many small changes, none of which I oppose, so the flurry of editorial activity may have ebbed, leaving the article in your hands. David notMD (talk) 18:42, 14 February 2018 (UTC)
- The editor in question has again reverted the list I added. A comment was left at the end of the Talk section on this topic and I replied. The two of us are at an impasse. David notMD (talk) 19:16, 13 February 2018 (UTC)
No more GAs in the near future. Like you, I also have a day job. In future, may tackle more allergy articles and vitamin articles. Informally, trying to convert Dietary supplement article from utter crap to sort of OK. David notMD (talk) 14:05, 15 February 2018 (UTC)

Question about File:Farmers Insurance Group logo.png
I saw you undid my edit that added an SVG version of this logo. Any specific reason? Thanks.--Ben Stone 19:49, 19 February 2018 (UTC)
@Benstown: Sorry, it was my mistake. It has been reverted. I saw a deletion tag and tried to save the image. I didn't see the svg. Thank you for clarifying.

Request for Iteris article
Hello, AmericanAir88. I recently posted a message at WikiProject Transport asking for additional feedback about my proposal to add information about Iteris' advanced traveller information system, lane departure warning system, and intelligent transportation system (see here). Unfortunately, no one has responded yet, either on the WikiProject talk page or the article talk page.
You were kind enough to help me with a request for the Web.com article a while back, and given your interest in both companies and transportation, I was wondering if you might be interested in taking a look at this request, too. To be clear, I am proposing updates to the Iteris article on the company's behalf, and I've disclosed my conflict of interest appropriately. If you're interested in taking a look at the proposed draft in its entirety, see here.
The edit request I referenced in the WikiProject Transport message is only related to the first half of the "Traffic and transportation" subsection, but if you're willing to take on more than just these 2 paragraphs, I'm also looking for someone to review the rest of the section, as well as the proposed "Agriculture and weather" and "Reception" sections. In my draft, you'll notice green and red text. Green = content that has been added to the existing Iteris article, while red = text that was rejected by an editor responding to my requests. I don't necessarily agree with the reviewing editor's assessment, but I'm replying on volunteers to implement my proposed changes. I invite you to review the draft and copy markup over to the existing article appropriately. If you are not interested, that's no problem! I will try to find other WikiProject Transport participants who may be willing to help. Thanks for your consideration. Inkian Jason (talk) 18:16, 8 February 2018 (UTC)
@Inkian Jason: Of course, I will help out. AmericanAir88 (talk) 00:25, 9 February 2018 (UTC)
- Thanks for offering to help. Please let me know if you have questions. Inkian Jason (talk) 16:50, 12 February 2018 (UTC)
- Hi, AmericanAir88. Just checking in here and confirming you're still interested in reviewing the Iteris article. Thanks! Inkian Jason (talk) 19:16, 20 February 2018 (UTC)
@Inkian Jason: I am, I have been carefully looking at it and seeing an approach. AmericanAir88 (talk) 03:06, 21 February 2018 (UTC)
- OK, thanks for confirming. Just checking in again. Would it be helpful for me to ping WikiProject Ariculture about the proposed "Agriculture and weather" section? Inkian Jason (talk) 17:17, 27 February 2018 (UTC)
- @Inkian Jason: Of course AmericanAir88 (talk) 23:58, 27 February 2018 (UTC)
Hello again. I just wanted to let you know that I've placed my updated proposed text for the "Traffic and transportation" section into a fresh edit request to make things clearer and better show how the text has been updated based on feedback so far. Hopefully this will help with your review of the proposed text. Per our discussion here, I also plan to post a note at WikiProject Agriculture to see if any project members want to help out with reviewing the proposed "Agriculture and weather" section. Thanks again! Inkian Jason (talk) 20:18, 1 March 2018 (UTC)
@Inkian Jason: Ok, Checking it out. AmericanAir88 (talk) 14:15, 3 March 2018 (UTC)
Broadridge dispute resolution
Hi AmericanAir88! Just a heads up that I pinged you in my post on the dispute resolution noticeboard, as I'm looking for comments from additional editors regarding my questions on Broadridge Financial Solutions that I pinged you about on WP:Companies. I mentioned you in the DRN message so reviewing editors have a fuller picture of the discussions that have already taken place. Thanks, Danilo Two (talk) 19:14, 9 March 2018 (UTC)
@Danilo Two: Thank you, I will help as much as possible. AmericanAir88 (talk) 14:55, 11 March 2018 (UTC)
Hutchinson River Parkway
Hello:
The copy edit that you requested from the Guild of Copy Editors of the article Hutchinson River Parkway has been completed. The article was in excellent shape and there really wasn't much to so.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
God luck with the GA nomination.

Thank you very much! AmericanAir88 (talk) 04:34, 1 April 2018 (UTC)
New page reviewer granted
Hello AmericanAir88. Your account has been added to the "New page reviewers
" user group, allowing you to review new pages and mark them as patrolled, tag them for maintenance issues, or in some cases, tag them for deletion. The list of articles awaiting review is located at the New Pages Feed. New page reviewing is a vital function for policing the quality of the encylopedia; if you have not already done so, you must read the new tutorial at New Pages Review, the linked guides and essays, and fully understand the various deletion criteria. If you need more help or wish to discuss the process, please join or start a thread at page reviewer talk.
- URGENT: Please consider helping get the huge backlog down to a manageable number of pages as soon as possible.
- Be nice to new users - they are often not aware of doing anything wrong.
- You will frequently be asked by users to explain why their page is being deleted - be formal and polite in your approach to them too, even if they are not.
- Don't review a page if you are not sure what to do. Just leave it for another reviewer.
- Remember that quality is quintessential to good patrolling. Take your time to patrol each article, there is no rush. Use the message feature and offer basic advice.
The reviewer right does not change your status or how you can edit articles. If you no longer want this user right, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. In case of abuse or persistent inaccuracy of reviewing, the right can be revoked at any time by an administrator. TonyBallioni (talk) 16:45, 17 April 2018 (UTC)
Just wondering if you plan to get back to the GA on Forest Fair Village. You tagged it as "later" over 11 days ago and haven't come back. Ten Pound Hammer • (What did I screw up now?) 17:13, 28 March 2018 (UTC)
@TenPoundHammer: Sorry I was on vacation. I didn't want to review and think about vacation with my family at the same time. I am typing this from the airport meaning I will be back tomorrow to review. I didn't want to put in my "Vacation mode" into the review. I want my full focus on it. New Page Reviewer Flag
Hi, AmericanAir88.
I've noticed that you are an AfC reviewer but don't yet have the New Page Reviewer flag. Would you please consider heading over to PERM and requesting it? (check the flag requirements HERE)
As part of a larger plan to increase cooperation between New Page Patrol and Articles for creation, we are trying to get as many of the active AfC reviewers as possible under the NPR user flag (per this discussion). Unlike the AfC request list, the NPR flag carries no obligation to review new articles, so I'm not asking you to help out at New Page Patrol if you don't want to, just to request the flag.
Of course, if it is something you would be interested in, you can have a look at the NPP tutorial. Please mention that you are an active AfC reviewer in your application.
Cheers, — Insertcleverphrasehere (or here) 06:14, 11 April 2018 (UTC)

Update to EB1911 verification V subpage
Just wondering where you got the stat here that only 39 "V" articles remain to be reviewed, according to the guidelines at the top of the relevant sub-page. The semantics of these pages is that any entries with the {{search}} template and a trailing "-" still remain to be reviewed, and I count 344 of them (I have automated the calculation of all the sub-pages). It's a laborious process, to be sure; I'm almost done with the A's, but I may as well jump to the V's next. 01:35, 18 April 2018 (UTC)
@DavidBrooks: My apologies, I made a mistake.
- NP; can you revert? Thanks for the quick response. David Brooks (talk) 02:06, 18 April 2018 (UTC)
- I just reverted the changes. David Brooks (talk) 20:25, 18 April 2018 (UTC)

Ladder toss
If you're processing a request to merge two articles, please actually merge them instead of just redirecting one to the other! I've just been looking up the history of ladder toss (to check out its vague "this one guy invented it in 1994" claim) before realising there was a good amount of sourced history in the old Ladder Golf article which you redirected without copying any content across. --Lord Belbury (talk) 08:16, 23 April 2018 (UTC)
@Lord Belbury: Sorry about that. I did it because they were two of the exact same articles. WP:DUP. AmericanAir88 (talk) 01:06, 24 April 2018 (UTC)
