At [1], it is listed as a GameSpot review and not a player review. Here's the CV of the author, Michael E. Ryan: [2]. He was freelance writer and editor for GameSpot. I found that his GameSpot reviews are transcluded on other websites as well a book. The reason his full name isn't shown is probably because it was written so long ago and GameSpot have changed their website so many times that certain data/format hasn't been carried over. There are other examples of past writers having this same format in their name, Andrew Vestal, another freelance writer who wrote GameSpot's Chrono Cross review.
