No consensus to move. Vegaswikian (talk) 18:32, 10 November 2011 (UTC)
Anetto Futatabi → Annet Futatabi – Like I said in my edit, I'm surprised this wasn't already moved there. The character's name is "Annet"; even the French Wikipedia notes this (even GameFAQs notes this, bless them). If this is correct, and since "Anetto Futatabi" would still be noted as the romanization, I don't see the problem. What does any Japanese material have to say about this? - Oppose It is not clear what the character's name would be, but clearly not "Annet" (which would have been written as アネ, not アネット). "Anette" would be a more likely guess, but it's probably not the only option. By the way, the Japanese interwiki link is wrong: the Japanese article describes the "Earnest Evans series", i.e. the three games El Viento, Earnest Evans and Anetto Futatabi. The last two ones don't have their own articles on Japanese Wikipedia (they were deleted together with a lot of other game articles). I'll remove the Japanese interwiki link. --Stefan2 (talk) 01:20, 8 November 2011 (UTC)

This is stupid. Just read the back cover and watch the intro cutscene of El Viento: the character's name was romanized as "Annet", it's as official and canon as it gets. Since the title of this game refers to the same character, there's no logical reason to romanize it differently. --191.33.112.50 (talk) 12:51, 14 July 2016 (UTC)
