The department of dispute resolution is the primary department that is in charge of all disputes, removal proceedings for coordinators, and the management of rule violations and vandalism proceedings in members of the coordination team. The entire coordination team take turns serving as department heads for the department that handles conflict resolution. In each proceeding, the oversight of cases is the responsibility of one randomly selected member of the coordination team, and one additional randomly selected member of the WikiProject. Only a member of the department that handles conflict resolution is allowed to open new cases files, at this link.
