Within the scope of the project, we have categorized the various tasks into the respective departments that were established by the lead coordinator:

Coordination Department	None (assigned to lead coordinator)	Elected. This department is responsible for the maintenance of the WikiProject and for internal affairs. It contains the following sub-departments: Coordination Team (elected) WikiProject Embassy Maintenance - Responsible for the general maintenance of all subpages of the WikiProject. Dispute Resolution Audit Department Specialised departments
Assessment Department	None	All members of the WikiProject also serve as members of the assessment department. It contains the following sub-departments: A-class Articles Department B-class Articles Department C-class Articles Department Start-class Articles Department Stub-class Articles Department List-class Articles Department Assessors' Department - For those members who are actively involved in article assessment and wish to find methods to improve it. This department also resolves disputes relating to article assessment. You do not have to join this department to assess articles. Importance Assessment Department
Education & resources	None	The department is responsible for supplying members of the project with resources, tutorials, and educational opportunities. It contains the following sub-departments: Resources Article Incubator Newcomer help Antigua and Barbuda Initiative - Addresses the lack of editors from Antigua and Barbuda Manual of Style Internal Affairs Education - Education on the internal affairs of the WikiProject
Community Affairs	None	This department is responsible for hosting awards, contests, and other types of activities that encourage community engagement. It contains the following sub-departments: Membership Awards Initiatives & goals (Competitions) Outreach
