List of weather websites in the Philippines
This article was deleted while I was continuing to work on improving it. I had added more content to it, added more secondary and primary sources, reorganized its presentation, and re-titled it to List of weather agencies and websites in the Philippines, then it disappeared. I am pretty sure this article can be improved to meet Wikipedia notability guidelines. Requesting that a copy of this article be placed into my user space sandbox for more improvements, (at the bottom of the sandbox page). Article was deleted for non notability. Reasoning for requesting undeletion is that the article can be userfied.
- Userfied - the page has been restored to the userspace at User:Angrynative/Memeburn. It was actually deleted for no claim of importance. Notability may or may not be a problem, as no one has checked yet. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 06:07, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
April Masini
The Wikipedia article "April Masini" must be undeleted.
It is imperative that April Masini's Wikipedia page be made public. April Masini is one of the most esteemed executive producers in the United States. In addition, Masini is a published author, columnist, and relationship advice expert whose expertise has been featured in ELLE magazine, and Match.com. Her lists of credentials are extensive: http://www.askapril.com/press.html
Throughout her career, Masini has brought various film and television productions to Hawaii and financed them. This is turn brought in revenue for the local economy and created foot traffic to box offices across the globe. Her exceptional character has brought her to the attention of multiple television networks and productions, including The Bill O'Reilly Factor which she was an interviewee. April Masini was also hired by Old Spice to be their Voice of Experience - Dating and Relationship Editor in 2007, and served on their panel with NASCAR Champion Tony Stewart, among other exceptional accolades which can be found on her website www.askapril.com.
The initial deletion request was submitted by user Tokyogirl79. Members within the WIkipedia community that did not extensively research the validity of Masini's career achievements and stature allowed for this deletion to occur.
This is a quote within the Delete Request that acted as the catalyst for the April Masini Wikipedia page removal:
Weak delete. There are some articles that brush upon her claims, although many of them vary as far as how certain they are of how involved she really was. Most of them put far more emphasis on her husband being the deciding factor. [90], [91] I also want to note that she seems to be a mostly self-published author. The claims of notability are sort of vague, to be honest and probably could just be added to the Baywatch article. Most of her notability really seems to have stemmed from her being married to Mancini. After her divorce that notability sort of dried up, so I don't know how notable she is as far as she herself goes. Tokyogirl79 (talk) 09:12, 23 October 2011 (UTC)tokyogirl79 If someone can find information to show that she's notable I'm persuadable, but other than her possible influence over Baywatch I can't see where she's really notable. Just about everything about her on the web is either her website or a promotional blurb.Tokyogirl79 (talk) 09:15, 23 October 2011 (UTC)tokyogirl79
The language used in this post is clearly subjective, and bears no evidence. There no resources listed that reveal evidence of user Tokyogirl79's claims against April Masini's character and career. A subjective claim such as this one should have been more extensively researched by the Wikipedia community members reviewing the deletion. April Masini's creditably is in her career history; her endorsements speak for themselves: http://www.askapril.com/april-masini-endorsements.html
The April Masini Wikipedia page must be undeleted. The current page entitled "Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/April Masini" must be removed from the Wikipedia site.

Raymond Aaron
As i have stated already, I was reading one of his novels and i really liked it so i thought of posting an article about the guy, but i found an already deleted article that time, so i edited that article and re posted it. Some of the users thought that i am the same guy and filed a Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Raymondaaron case against me. Various people checked and found out that i am a different person and the case was closed. I know the article was deleted previously that is why i edited the article a little, removed self praises and re posted it because that guy surely deserves a mention. -Nitishthelegendkiller (talk) 15:45, 19 January 2012 (UTC)
- Not done. Since that article was deleted after a deletion discussion at WP:Articles for deletion/Raymond Aaron, any attempt to re-create it is liable to speedy deletion as a repost of deleted material, unless it is clearly different and overcomes the reasons for deletion at the AfD. Your best course would be to write a new article in your userspace at User:Nitishthelegendkiller/Raymond Aaron and then approach user David Fuchs (talk), the admin who closed the AfD, to see whether he agrees that you have overcome the reaasons for deletion. If he does not agree, you can apply at WP:Deletion review. If you wish, I will userfy your deleted article for you to work on, but I suggest you might do better to start from a clean slate.
- The important thing is to establish WP:Notability, which is not a matter of opinion but has to be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Significant means more than just listing-type mentions; reliable excludes Myspace, Facebook, blogs, places where anyone can post anything; independent excludes the subject's own website, affiliated ones like his publisher, and anything based on press releases. The test is, have people independent of him thought him significant enough to write substantial comment about? See WP:Notability (people), especially WP:AUTHOR, and WP:42. - Not done - this article has not been restored because it does not appear to meet our guidelines for inclusion of articles concerning people. In general, Wikipedia considers a topic to be notable if there exist multiple reliable sources of information on the topic, external to the subject itself. Articles concerning people will be deleted on sight if they are considered to be unambiguous advertising or promotion, or if they do not contain a credible assertion of the significance of the subject. The article was also completely unreferenced, which is not permitted under the biographies of living persons policy (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 19:52, 19 January 2012 (UTC)

- Not done The article had not yet been deleted when you brought it to our attention - it has now been deleted. First, as a biography of a living person, it absolutely must be referenced by reliable sources. Second, as this is the English Wikipedia, the article should be in English, not French. Although I personally could have translated it, there was nothing worth translating - especially considering the above. My recommendation: make a draft of the article in your userspace. I cannot speak with the admin, User:Fastily, who deleted it as they are away from Wikipedia until sometime in February. This image file was created by myself from two photographs, front and back, of the headstone of Iwo Jima flag raiser, Rene Gagnon, at Arlington National Cemetery. Talk:Stanley_Kubrick/Sandbox
The editors of Stanley Kubrick were using this page to store some material that they may want to use in a future re-write of the article. When I created the associated page, Stanley_Kubrick/Sandbox, it was deleted, and the talk page was deleted because it was a talk page associated with a deleted article. Please help us recover our work that was stored on the talk page! Puddytang (talk) 16:45, 23 January 2012 (UTC) -Puddytang (talk) 16:45, 23 January 2012 (UTC)
- I'm a little concerned about the original sandbox: it appears to have been a copy/paste from the original article - thus violating all the attribution principles that are required. Second, this appears to have barely been done a day ago ... how much work happened in those few hours? (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 17:47, 23 January 2012 (UTC)
I created the main page yesterday, but the Talk page has been in existence since October or earlier (it was moved from a different page). All of the citations should still be in the copied text. A lot of work has been going into this article, but a lot of work still needs to be done. Editors need this material for the citations and resources it contains that can be used in future re-writes, as well archived discussions about why certain sections were deleted. It is not anyone's intention to put material into the article without proper attribution. We are trying to make sure that everything in the article is backed up by Reliable sources. Puddytang (talk) 17:58, 23 January 2012 (UTC)
- The material originally in the earliest URL Talk Sandbox was there for many weeks with ongoing discussion and of two kinds:
- 1) material copied and pasted from the original article for proposed rewrites and sometimes (though not always) deleted from the original article in the process.
- 2) user comments on the rewriting process.
- I thought the purpose of a sandbox was test-edits. As such, I am mystified by the objection of copy/paste from the original article. To write a later draft, you want the original as a reference. That's what a sandbox is for!! What's all this about attribution principles?--WickerGuy (talk) 18:14, 23 January 2012 (UTC)
The 'Stanley Kubrick/Sandbox' page was created only yesterday and was more or less a complete copy of the artilce (Puddytang did that to work on trimming it). 'Talk:Stanley Kubrick/Sandbox', however, has been in use since October, and was where we were storing material taken out of the article. It was just snippets of text, with some discussion inbetween. The reason it was created at that namespace was as an extension of the SK talk page. If this is too confusing however, I'm sure we can just relocate it to one of our own userspaces. --Lobo512 (talk) 18:51, 23 January 2012 (UTC)

- Not done A few things: first, the article was deleted via two separate article for deletion discussions, so it cannot be undeleted here. Second, the notability requirements for bands are very strict - you have admitted they just debuted in Oct 2011, so it's very difficult to become notable according to standards in that short of time. Third, the article was sent for "incubation" until notability was actualy established...so in a way, it's not deleted, but it's also not an active article yet (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 11:39, 26 January 2012 (UTC)

To whom it may concern,
I recently started a page to chronicle the history of the DATA Inc. organization and what it has done over the past several years. This includes history, recognition, etc. A Wikipedia reviewer ended up flagging this page for deletion without what I deem as a proper review. After appealing for him to re-read the page, and if necessary, let me know what needs to be corrected, he stated that I should appeal my case to the main administrators.
Based on this recommendation, I am bringing my request to you to undelete the page, re-analyze and render a final decision...and if not, to please userfy the page under my account and outline exactly where the problem lies, so I can correct it appropriately.
Please let me know as soon as possible.
Thank you...

The reason for deleting this page was: "She's only been in the one show, and that started in January of this year. A smattering of minor references in the Indian press." - Not done You might have missed some of the core concepts of Wikipedia here - first, you may not write articles about yourself. Second, your userpage does not belong to you, it belongs to the Foundation, and cannot be used to promote yourself. Third, if you have been blocked, you may not either create a new account, nor edit anonymously because the block applies to you the person. Fourthly, your original username is invalid as it represents an organization. Finally, as highly as you regard your body of work, WP:MUSIC has very very clear guidelines to notability - if you are as important as you say, then someone totally unrelated to you would be working on an article (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 14:52, 28 January 2012 (UTC)
Colin Tarrant
The administrator (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Athaenara) who deleted this page on the grounds that Colin "is not a notable actor" was mistaken in my view. Over the course of a decade I had the pleasure of directing Colin in the UK Tv series, "The Bill" and can assure you that his portrayal of Police Inspector Monroe was superb. Lest it be thought that is all Colin can do, think again. I have seen him in many other productions - he's a very good actor. Given that all the others on the "List of the Bill characters" page were not deleted, perhaps you can tell me why Mr. Tarrant was singled out? Many thanks. -195.137.96.77 (talk) 15:24, 28 January 2012 (UTC)

This article should not have been deleted. Firstly it was not a hoax, if you will undelete it I will add references to verify the information. Secondly the fact that you cannot find reference to Mr Klinger or his company is because he does not pay tax and has had himself removed from the electoral reigster, as well as the fact that his company is listed in Israel, in Hebrew, whilst he doesn't have an office there most english speakers cannot speak Hebrew, thus it is ideal for him so few people know. I know all this as I was his secretary for 14 years, until 2011. Please undelete my page immediately, it was not a hoax as you suggested.
Additionally if I am to add references I need this article to be restored so that I can edit it -Badgerkli (talk) 21:49, 28 January 2012 (UTC)
- Comment from deleting admin. Article was deleted under criterion CSD G3, blatant hoax. Some of the claims were so outrageous that the article was deleted as a hoax, rather than going the route of a prod for a BLP without sources. SM City Olongapo
The article's reason for deletion was because of Insufficient notability and lack of sources. SM City Olongapo will be the very first SM Mall to be opened in Olongapo and in the whole province of Zambales in the Philippines. It will feature 7 levels of mall area, about 42,000 sq. m. The mall will be grandly opened in 10 Days so the article has to be there already.
At first I didn't noticed that it was nominated for deletion so I made this edit and it was reverted back. To expand the article further, I can merge the information that was made available on an earlier version of the article here with corrections and appropriate references, if this request has been approved SM City San Fernando already has an article but it will not yet open until March 2012, so I don't see the reason why can't SM City Olongapo have its own article this time. -War1addict (talk) 12:56, 31 January 2012 (UTC)

In Google the Pace PC Website has been given Site Links and performs locally in the Northwest region of Florida. Third party resources can be confirmed with Microsoft's partner registry and Apple's certification registry. Information about Pace PC Solutions and Matthew Pace and also be verified with www.sunbiz.org, Florida's official Division of Corporations where official documents have been filed since April 17, 2008 and yearly thereafter. In my personal opinion, I believe Matthew Pace should reinstated on Wikipedia on the grounds that this information can be verified. Basing decisions on whether there are a large number of Google Direct Hits or not, does not seem to be a reliable way of determining eligibility.
Although a contested PROD, the "references" were fake (nonexistent), and being a certified Apple associate and/or Microsoft associate is only useful in LinkedIN ... not on an encyclopedia of knowledge. The notability guidelines are what are used to determine eligibility for an encyclopedia article - and this guy just does not appear important, nor does his company.
