Jamaliya Syed Khaleel Awn Moulana
That page doesn't contain any copyright material and it was deleted unjustly —Strangeshahn (talk) 07:55, 3 July 2017 (UTC)
- Not done – this Requests for Undeletion process is only for articles that were deleted uncontroversially, and does not apply to articles deleted after a deletion discussion. Since the article you are here about was deleted after a discussion took place at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Shaykh Jamaliya Syed Khaleel Awn Moulana, it cannot be undeleted through this process. However, if you believe that the outcome of the discussion did not reflect the consensus of the participants, or that significant new information has come to light since the article was deleted, you may contact the administrator who closed the discussion. After you do so, if your concerns are not addressed and you still seek undeletion, a request may be made at deletion review. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 11:18, 3 July 2017 (UTC)
Boachsoft Finance
Boachsoft Finance is a personal finance software that has had millions of downloads since the first version was released in 2005. The website is active[1] and Boachsoft is scheduled to release the next version later this year or early next year[2]. The article shouldn't have been deleted because it is an important product to many and wikipedia articles on competing products like Moneydance, Quicken, You Need a Budget and so on are still in existence. Deleting the article impedes the ability of users of personal finance software from making an informed comparison. Deleting the article can only be described as discriminatory with the preceding statements in mind. The product has been rated five stars on download.com software directory[3] —172.93.98.194 (talk) 16:58, 3 July 2017 (UTC)
- Note: The page was deleted as a result of a deletion debate. Admins will not undelete pages that were deleted with discussion here; go to WP:Deletion review or contact the administrator that closed the deletion debate instead. Wikipedia does not care about the existence of other articles in a similar topic area or about the usefulness of the article. We also generally do not cite YouTube, download sites, or the subject (or those associated with it) as sources; see WP:Identifying reliable sources. I will also note that Wikipedia uses nofollow tags specifically to stop situations like this one (i.e. a business' principal attempting to use Wikipedia to increase its own Google standing) from happening. —Jeremy v^_^v Bori! 19:42, 3 July 2017 (UTC)

Jordan Daley
this page should NOT be deleted or re-edited based on the fact that Jordan Daley is a public figure and CEO of various major corporations within the eSports community. Hes verified on just about every social media as being a public figure as well as an actor in Hollywood. —Jdaiey (talk) 01:55, 4 July 2017 (UTC)
- Draft:Jordan Daley is not deleted or in immanent danger of deletion, so it can be edited. Notice that when pages are put here, one of the conditions is that it can be edited by others. If you Jdaiey are in actuality Jordan Daley, and wish to verify on Wikipedia, you can make a statement on your user page at User:Jdaiey and use WP:OTRS to prove it. Whether or not people are on social media makes no difference as to whether an article would exist here. Instead we require others to have written about the person not on social media. If I do an internet search for a person, and the top 10 hits are all social media sites, then I know they should not have an article on them on Wikipedia. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 05:47, 4 July 2017 (UTC)
Jeffrey Prang
Jeffrey Prang is an elected official for 8 million people in one of the most populous counties in America. He is indeed an important elected official. The reasons previously used to delete this article are a personal attack against him and should not have been taken seriously. We were not arguing that he's important because he was involved in a sex scandal. We are arguing that he is important because he was the mayor of West Hollywood 4 times (note page for current West Hollywood mayor, John Heilman) and we are arguing that he is important because he is the assessor of the County of Los Angeles (note page for John Noguez who served in the same position and has a page to him that no one is arguing should be deleted) —Reubenzadeh (talk) 18:31, 4 July 2017 (UTC)
- Note: The page was deleted as a result of a deletion debate. Admins will not undelete pages that were deleted with discussion here; go to WP:Deletion review or contact the administrator that closed the deletion debate instead. Note that WP:Biographies of living persons was cited as a key reason for deletion; that particular policy is not negotiable and exists to ensure that information on living people is sourced as well as possible. —Jeremy v^_^v Bori! 22:25, 4 July 2017 (UTC)

- See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Jeffrey Prang. If any new information has come to light since that discussion was closed, bring it up with the deleting administrator. Also, please refrain from WP:OTHERSTUFF arguments — other articles on Wikipedia have no bearing on whether we keep a particular one. Houndstooth (record label)
Enter your reasoning here and then click the "Save page" button below —Butterworthrj (talk) 17:13, 5 July 2017 (UTC) Houndstooth is a record label from fabric Records, arguably the leading mix series in electronic music that has been in existence for nearly 16 years, the label of fabric night club in London. Houndstooth is 4 1/2 years old and has released works from a total of 15 artists. Most notable are Snow Ghosts who have had their music synced to a number of TV shows and the X-Men: Apocalypse trailer. Another artist Special Request had his first album awarded album of the year by DJ Mag. The label is a highly respected independent electronic music label and a member of AIM (Association of Independent Music). Their catalogue of releases was listed but can of course be removed if this is unacceptable to administrators. Can we get this page reinstated?

I found the full texts online, but I'm just looking for a summary of what is taught or emphasised. Then I found out the page was deleted. This seems odd in a repository of information.--173.187.227.85 (talk) 20:12, 5 July 2017 (UTC)

This page was deleted prematurely. I was still in the process of working on it. "The Scottsboro Boys" which a part of musical theatre history and American history is an important Broadway legacy. I was a part of its creation. It the last musical created by John Kander and Fred Ebb. I am part of that legacy as I created the role of Andy Wright in it. Our show was nominated for twelve Tony's and as a result of our musical being produced the original nine Scottsboro Bpys were pardoned. Please don't throw this page under the bus.

- @DerrickCobey1: First, don't write about yourself on Wikipedia. Second, if you must write about yourself, use your sandbox, or start an article in draft space, like Draft:Derrick Cobey and submit it for review via Wikipedia:Articles for creation. That is the only viable way an editor with a conflict of interest can publish an article here. Finally, remember also Wikipedia is not your free web hosting service, so don't use your user page to advertise yourself. ~Anachronist (talk) 08:25, 6 July 2017 (UTC)

Planète Chocolat
Planète Chocolat is a Chocolaterie in Brussels and in Belgium and has the same rights for publishing their own company model and content like all the other companies around the world. Of course, the references and the standard of an encyclopedia article have to be considered. All the references are available, but one aspect in the context was a problem : "Ryan Stevenson" = namedropping. Ryan Stevenson was an important employeer and a part of Planète Chocolat Team (6 month employed) and cannot be ignored in this way.Informative references were changed and adjusted. Additionally, the content aspect was also improved. Links for tracking motives do not exist. —2A02:A03F:2ACB:5700:941D:B70C:FCE0:F475 (talk) 12:14, 10 July 2017 (UTC)

Self-balancing scooter (personal transporter)
The article Self-balancing scooter (personal transporter) was tagged for speedy delete on the basis that it was a duplicate of Self-balancing scooter. I had already provided an explanation on the associated talk page (Talk:Self-balancing scooter (personal transporter)) linking to a 10 day long discussion on Talk:Self-balancing scooter that resulted in agreement on a limited scope for the other article and my decision to create this new one. Since the speedy delete tag has added, I and one other added further justification for it's retention as requested.
It was deleted soon after without any reason being given for why our justifications for inclusion were not acceptable. The deletion has left red links in the Dicycle, Personal transporter, Self-balancing scooter, Segway PT and Self-balancing unicycle articles.
Thanks. -- PeterEastern (talk) 05:08, 11 July 2017 (UTC)
- Do not reverse my deletion. We already have personal transporter, self-balancing scooter, Segway PT and iBOT. We simply do not need another article. If Peter really thinks another article is justified, the best place to propose it is probably talk:personal transporter. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 09:55, 11 July 2017 (UTC)
- I have just looked at talk:personal transporter where I see the proposal is that far for creating more pages, there should be a mergency of pages. I thoroughly endorse that idea. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 10:09, 11 July 2017 (UTC)

- Note: This page was deleted under speedy deletion criterion G11, indicating an page that was irredeemably promotional or blatant advertising. Note that G11 deletions are more an issue with the tone of the page as opposed to its sources or formatting. As articles deleted under G11 need to be rewritten from scratch, they will not be undeleted as-is here; try contacting the deleting administrator (Deb (talk · contribs)). Alternatively, you may request the page be restored as a draft or to have the contents of its last known revision emailed to you provided you have email enabled in your account's preferences. It is possible for an article to be sourced to the gills and still be promotional as that is more an issue with the text and tone of the article, and has little to do with the article's sourcing. —Jeremy v^_^v Bori! 21:29, 12 July 2017 (UTC)

Fik-Shun
Not sure what happened, but it seems like it may have been deleted unfairly. He's pretty relevant and notable. —Paintspot Infez (talk) 01:24, 13 July 2017 (UTC)
- Not done Hi Paintspot Infez If you think he's notable, write an article, citing sources evidencing that. This was not deleted unfairly, because it was not an article with any good content, and speedy deletion in general is not deletion on the merits. For example, if someone creates a copyright violation on a thoroughly notable topic, and that's deleted, that says nothing at all about the subject, just that the particular attempt at creation was mangled. The page you're here about one was a drive-by creation that had this as it's entire content: {{Fik_shun}} (which makes me think it was some mix of test editing, and a confusion about template markup). It was then deleted after the person agreed it should be deleted on the talk page.--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 02:13, 13 July 2017 (UTC)

this article was deleted under PROD in 2010. It was nominated again for PROD and recently deleted. I have no particularly strong opinion on notability but believe that this should have been taken to AfD. —Hack (talk) 12:26, 11 July 2017 (UTC)
Not done Yes, this is a rather extraordinary thing, to decline a request to restore a PROD. My rationale is that it would warrant an A7 speedy deletion, because it doesn't even demonstrate importance: the entire contents were G1 is a Brazilian news portal maintained by the Rede Globo. It was released on September 18, 2006, in the anniversary of 56 years of TV in Brazil. Versions in English and Spanish subtitling the site's videos were unveiled in 2010. I don't think it wise to un-prod something that would immediately qualify for speedy deletion. But Hack, if you still strongly believe that this should go to AFD, I'll undelete it and start the AFD. Nyttend (talk) 00:53, 12 July 2017 (UTC)
PS, please note a couple of things. First, when it was deleted the first time, the entire contents were The portal G1 is a news portal owned by Organizações Globo. Definitely no need to undelete that unless the later deletion gets undeleted as well. Secondly, in the past it was a redirect to Organizações Globo; someone created it as a redirect there, very soon after the first prod, and it remained thus for over a year. What do you think of having it as a redirect? Nyttend (talk) 00:56, 12 July 2017 (UTC)
- It's the most popular section of Globo.com, which is in the top five Alexa ranked sites in Brazil, ahead of the likes of Wikipedia and Twitter. I'm surprised someone didn't remove the PROD. Hack (talk) 02:34, 12 July 2017 (UTC)
- So, Hack, which do you prefer: that I restore it and nominate it for deletion, or that I restore it and immediately redirect it to Globo.com? Nyttend (talk) 23:05, 12 July 2017 (UTC)
