Original – The tornado in Andover, Kansas, in front of the Andover City Hall.

Reason: Reasons: Outstanding, rare public domain up-close 4:41 video of an intense tornado (2022 Andover tornado). The video itself meets every criteria point except the second criteria point (minimum size), as the video is 2,304 × 1,440, just barely shy of the 1,500 x 1,500 minimum. This is being uploaded as an exception, which is allowed for unique or historical things on a case-by-case basis. The last minute of this video is by far some of the best tornado footage of the decade, and certainly the best footage on Wikipedia to date (noting the Commons has only 23 videos of tornadoes in Category:Videos of tornadoes). This video has extremely high EV, used on the main page itself on December 23 (Wikipedia:Main Page history/2024 December 23).
