Request on 13:42:29, 7 November 2023 for assistance on AfC submission by SilverQuill27
hello!
it would be really helpful if you pointed out exactly which sections/paragraphs I need to rewrite, since i am not a native english speaker and i could not spot parts where "peacock terms" are used.
also, just a general question, when this draft was declined a month ago, the previous mod/reviewer did not mention anything about the "tone" of the article, or fact that it "does not appear to be written in the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article" so i am a little confused. otherwise i would have corrected that in the previous resubmission itself and not have to wait this long due to an avoidable(?) issue.
does every mod have their own subjective way of evaluating articles for submission?
regards, silverquill

- Hi Silverquill. Here's some of the phrasing I take issue with, italicized:
- An elaborate set for the interiors of Man Suang was constructed and filming took place both on set and in different historical locations, like Song Wat.
- The promotion of the movie was done in creative ways by hosting an Open Call : Art of Man Suang, and a fanart contest for the general public and fans alike to generate buzz around the movie both online and offline.
- the actors and team at BeOnCloud were keen to create more works of international standards, and the concept of Man Suang provided just that opportunity.
- Note that the main issues are (1) editorializing (such as the last phrase cited above) and (2) using peacock words, like "elaborate" and "creative".

- Please also note these are not the only issues with the article. I don't have time to highlight everything. voorts (talk/contributions) 22:21, 7 November 2023 (UTC)
