Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Kate Shepherd, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. This is especially important when dealing with biographies of living people, but applies to all Wikipedia articles. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are already familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add your reference to the article. Thank you. Accurizer (talk) 15:21, 18 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:GL 6179 - Royal Blue Tight Floor Overpass 2003.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Moonlight (Luna County, New Mexico, July 13, 2003), 2003.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Polly (Parrot) 21:32, 19 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of North Point Conservation Area, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.vbco.org/northpoint.asp. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. Unreferenced BLPs

[edit]

Hello Smokyhallow! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. Please note that all biographies of living persons must be sourced. If you were to add reliable, secondary sources to this article, it would greatly help us with the current 2 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

  1. Kate Shepherd - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Your addition to Juan Uslé has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other websites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of article content such as sentences or images. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. VernoWhitney (talk) 18:32, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Smokyhallow, I've mentioned your draft article at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Women artists, because I think Feldman shows all the signs of being a worthy candidate for Wikipedia. I think if you can incorporate the Sf Chronicle, Huff Post and NYT articles into the text, it will help. It reads like a CV at the moment. Sionk (talk) 13:56, 15 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Image without license

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Amy-Feldman Mr & Mrs 2012 75x80 acrylic on canvas.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 15:45, 1 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Amy-Feldman Mr & Mrs 2012 75x80 acrylic on canvas.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Amy-Feldman Mr & Mrs 2012 75x80 acrylic on canvas.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 18:06, 1 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Problems with upload of File:Friends Good Will.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Friends Good Will.png. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or provided a license tag. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

To add this information, select the appropriate license tag from this list, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the information to the image's description. Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Draft:John Zurier. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted or removed.

  • If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor then please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
  • If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. You were advised that biographies of living persons required in-line citations, and your draft was declined. You then added more text to the draft, but did not add any in-line citations, and resubmitted the draft. Resubmitting a declined draft without discussing the issues and without addressing the issues is tendentious and wastes the time of the reviewers. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open!

[edit]

Hello, Smokyhallow. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The article Leif Ritchey has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. --Non-Dropframe talk 19:41, 28 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Replaceable fair use File:Kate Shepherd.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Kate Shepherd.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. The Big Bad Wolfowitz (aka Hullaballoo). Treated like dirt by many administrators since 2006. Ways to improve Leif Ritchey

[edit]

Hi, I'm Hydronium Hydroxide. Smokyhallow, thanks for creating Leif Ritchey!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. May not meet WP:NARTIST. Wikiproject Art added on talkpage for further review.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Replaceable fair use File:Mary Heilmann Rombecabeza Uno 2000 Acrylic on Panel (8-parts) 28in x 26in.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Mary Heilmann Rombecabeza Uno 2000 Acrylic on Panel (8-parts) 28in x 26in.jpg.

Non-free image use

[edit]

From the various notifications posted on your user talk page, in addition to the ones I added, you seem to be misunderstanding how non-free content is supposed to be used on Wikipedia. In general, Wikipedia does allow non-free files, etc. to be used in articles, but Wikipedia's non-free content use policy had been purposely made more restrictive than the US concept of fair use. Each use of a non-free file is required to satisfy all ten non-free content criteria listed in WP:NFCCP, and meeting just one or only some of these criterion is not enough.

In general, main infobox images are supposed to serve as the primary means of identification of the subjects of articles, whatever they may be. So, if the article is about a particular painting, then it makes sense for the main infobox image to be of that painting. Similarly, if an article is about a particular artist, then it makes sense for the image to be of the artist. Wikipedia's non-free content use policy does not, in principle, allow the use of non-free images of still living individuals per WP:NFCC#1, except in certain cases such as those given in item one of WP:NFC#UUI. It's assumed (unless a fairly strong explanation why an exception to NFCC#1 is given) that even if a freely licensed image of the individual does not exist, there is a possibility of one being created by someone somewhere someday. Regardless, the default is not to simply use a non-free image just because a free equivalent does not currently exist, or as a placeholder until one can be created. The default is also not to use a non-free image of an example of an artist's work in lieu of a freely licensed image of the artist.

The non-free use of images of paintings, etc. might possibly be justified in article's about the artist if there is a strong contextual connection between the image of the painting and relevant article content about it which satisfies WP:NFCC#8. This can be sourced critical commentary about the work itself or sourced commentary showing how the work is representative of the artist's particular style. The key is that content found in reliable sources about the painting is included in the article, so that it does not appear to be some random example of the artist's work simply added for "illustrative purposes". None of the file's I tagged should be used in the main infoboxes of the artist articles, and none of them seem appropriate for a move to another section of the article. So, if you are able to find a way to better incorporate these images into the bodies of the articles which provides the context required by NFCC#8, then please do. Otherwise, they are likely to be deleted either via the speedy deletion tag I added or via further discussion at WP:FFD. -- Marchjuly (talk) 03:00, 14 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free image use again

[edit]

Hi Smokyhallow. I tried to explain this above in #Non-free image use, but I've noticed that you've reuploaded some non-free files which were previously deleted by Fastily because they did not comply with Wikipedia's non-free content use policy. Simply reuploading the files, adding a non-free use rationale template and then trying to use them as before is likely going to lead to them being deleted once again for the same reasons. So, instead of simply reuploading the files, it would be better to discuss things with the deleting admin or ask for assistance at WT:NFC, WP:MCQ or even WP:REFUND to figure out a way to resolve the files' non-free use issues. -- Marchjuly (talk) 14:19, 23 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I just want to add that files which are deleted (for one reason or another) from Wikipedia are not gone forever; they are only hidden from public view and can be restored if whatever led them to be deleted is subsequently resolved. So, if you upload a file, and then notice later on that it has been deleted, there's no need to re-upload the file under the same or a different name. What you should do in such a case is try and determine why the file was deleted and who the deleting admin was. This can almost always be done by clicky on the file's link (deleted files technically no longer exist so the link should be red like File:Deshilando redcuerdos 2006 003999 COMA.JPG) and look at the file's page. Once you figure out why the file was deleted and who deleted it, you can post a message on the deleting admin's user talk page asking for clarification or requesting that the file be "undeleted". If the deleting admin doesn't respond within a reasonable time (please remember admins also get WP:BUSY), then you can ask for help at WP:REFUND or start a deletion review per WP:DRV. -- Marchjuly (talk) 00:25, 24 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Marchjuly - I thank you for your response. I thought I had sufficiently revised the fair use rationale to include the more stringent requirements of Wikipedia policy. I appear to not understand the full requirements of fair-use nor the deficiency of the rationale I gave.Smokyhallow (talk)

Information icon Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give Michail Pirgelis a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. Non-free rationale for File:Kate Shepherd Royal Blue Range Tight Floor Overpass 2003 enamel on panels 60kB.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Kate Shepherd Royal Blue Range Tight Floor Overpass 2003 enamel on panels 60kB.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

ATTENTION: This is an automated, bot-generated message. This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 03:00, 4 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution

[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Lever (1966) into Carl Andre. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. If you are the sole author of the prose that was copied, attribution is not required. — Diannaa (talk) 12:29, 24 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Painter Chris Martin photographed by Fredrik Nilsen Studio in Los Angeles on March 12 2019.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Painter Chris Martin photographed by Fredrik Nilsen Studio in Los Angeles on March 12 2019.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 14:00, 16 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Chris Martin on Breaking the Rules of Painting in the 1980s created by Frederik Nilsen in 2019.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused duplicate or lower-quality copy of another file on Wikipedia having the same file format, and all inward links have been updated.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Jason stopa requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

A tag has been placed on Liat Yossifor, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Information icon Hello, I'm Deb. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you.
Information icon Hello, Smokyhallow. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);

Notice

The article Leif Ritchey has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

subject does not appear to meet notability criteria; tagged for multiple issues in 2017 with no improvement; written in a promotional tone

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Sam McKinniss White Roses in a Short Glass (after Fantin-Latour) 2016 oil and acrylic on canvas-9"x12".jpg

[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Sam McKinniss White Roses in a Short Glass (after Fantin-Latour) 2016 oil and acrylic on canvas-9"x12".jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 20:15, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
