Infobox images

Hello – rather than send emails, it is usual practice to send messages to other users via their user talk pages. Re the infobox image question, it's really up to you. I think for presidential elections, using 3x4.svg is probably good as an effective placeholder, but for parliamentary elections it's unnecessary.
