GA reviewing
Hi Arconning, thanks for your work at Talk:Aly Raisman/GA1. Please remember to add the article to the appropriate list within Wikipedia:Good articles! It would also be appreciated if you could list the sources spotchecked for the (c) (original research) and (d) (copyvio and plagiarism) criteria in the notes section of that GAN. Requesting that you change GA review this to on hold, rather than quick fail to give me a chance to address your concerns. The majority of issues are copy edit, rather than sourcing or notability. The plagiarism rating is because of a large number of quotes, not content==this happens and is a flaw of the tool. Otherwise there is nothing major here to fix and I am willing to address everything quickly. Rublamb (talk) 14:44, 6 June 2024 (UTC)
- @Rublamb I do apologize as I will most likely keep it as a fail, however if you do address the concerns and put it up for GAN again, I am willing to review it for you. Once again, I am willing to review it again, as long as some images are added, the Spotify source is changed, etc. :)) The rating thingy, I understand don't worry, will take into consideration. Arconning (talk) 15:03, 6 June 2024 (UTC)
- @Rublamb Though I will take your proposition, I'll leave it as hold. Will fix, hope that you can address. Arconning (talk) 15:06, 6 June 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks. With Spotify, I consider that the host for the content, not the source of the content. The source is an interview--which might be a concern if overused because it is a primary source. This was the first article I wrote back in the day. I am now at over 250 with only one that is start class and several GA, so I can see room for improvement. Rublamb (talk) 15:18, 6 June 2024 (UTC)

Why did you undo my addition even though you went back and used the exact same “primary” source? You make life on Wikipedia unbearable. EpicAdventurer (talk) 10:11, 12 June 2024 (UTC)
- @EpicAdventurer You have not provided the source in your edit properly; you have put it in the edit summary. I've stated it improperly; primary sources can be used if they're sourced properly. Though please improve your language on Wikipedia, this is a site for improving, not undermining. Please read Help:Footnotes. Arconning (talk) 10:39, 12 June 2024 (UTC)
- You could have easily added a line that he died with the source. Sources from official bodies on social media such as X and Facebook are acceptable unless there are others on the web. Am I the one who should improve my language, or are you the one who has not done anything worthy of praise? EpicAdventurer (talk) 10:42, 12 June 2024 (UTC)

- I'd like to reiterate, you have not provided the source in your edit properly; you have put it in the edit summary. I used the source you have provided and I have put it accordingly. Please see Help:Footnotes for a guideline on sourcing references for future articles, as you sourced it improperly. Good day. Arconning (talk) 10:49, 12 June 2024 (UTC)
- It is not possible to work with you at all. A special encyclopedia must be created so that the person avoids dealing with you. I add value and I am treated in this disrespectful way and then I become the guilty person and you are the nice people who implement the Wikipedia rules. EpicAdventurer (talk) 10:52, 12 June 2024 (UTC)
- If we bring a source that confirms that people have died, no one appreciates that and instead we become villains and need to be disciplined. This is not the Wikipedia we aspire to. EpicAdventurer (talk) 11:02, 12 June 2024 (UTC)
