Atul Kochhar
Please note that the riot around the tweet is already covered in the section "Restaurant". It is not necessary to have the same info twice in the article. The Banner talk 17:44, 9 April 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks for pointing out The Banner talk. Will be more cautious next-time onward. Thank you. Amkgp (talk) 17:49, 9 April 2020 (UTC)
- Okay. By the way, you do not need my whole signature to pull my attention. It is good enough when you type {{ping|The Banner}}. Works also with other usernames instead of mine.
- And about Kochbar: yes, he screwed up big time. But there seems to be a concerted effort to smear him. The Banner talk 18:57, 9 April 2020 (UTC)
Stubs
Please take care not to add {{stub}} to an article like Coralstown which already has a specific stub tag. Thanks. PamD 13:57, 10 April 2020 (UTC)
- OK PamD. Thanks. Amkgp (talk) 14:00, 10 April 2020 (UTC)
Speedy deletion contested: Alvin Rozario
Hello Amkgp, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I contested the speedy deletion of Alvin Rozario, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Has a credible claim of significance. However, it is a recreation of material deleted per an AfD, and so I will tag it as G4. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. Don't do this. It was bad enough that one editor nominated this soft redirect for speedy deletion, but for you to do so again, when it is explained in the history what it is, is totally unacceptable. Look at what you are doing rather than make edits blindly. Phil Bridger (talk) 18:41, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
- Sorry, Phil Bridger, such action will not happen from my side in future. Amkgp (talk) 18:51, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
Sources needed for Days of the Year pages
I see you recently accepted a pending change to December 28 that did not include a direct source.
You're probably not aware of this change, but Days of the Year pages are no longer exempt from WP:V and direct sources are required for additions. For details see the edit notice on that page, the content guideline and/or the WikiProject Days of the Year style guide. All new additions without references are now being either reverted on-sight or in some cases where the patroller is especially motivated, immediately sourced. I've gone ahead and un-accepted this edit and backed it out.
All the pages in the Days of the Year project have had pending changes protection turned on to prevent vandalism and further addition of entries without direct sources. As a pending changes patroller, please do not accept additions to day of year pages where no direct source has been provided on that day of year page. The burden to provide sources for additions to these pages is on the editor who adds or restores material to these pages. Thank you and please keep up your good work! - Sure Toddst1. Amkgp (talk) 21:43, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
I have unreviewed a page you curated
Hi, I'm DarkGlow. I wanted to let you know that I saw the page you reviewed, James Harkness (actor), and have marked it as unpatrolled. The reasons for this being were that:
- The birth year was unsourced
- There were other unsourced statements regarding a BLP.
- The name at the beginning of the lede was not in bold.
While these errors are small and easily fixable, it's best to either fix them or appropriately tag the page before you mark it as reviewed, as the page wasn't fit for mainspace wiki. – DarkGlow (talk) 23:29, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
Hi - just a gentle heads up. Here you tagged the article with a {{notability}} template, however a very simple Google search reveals Anwar to be very notable. The {{Sources exist}} template (available via page the curation tool under the sources tab) is more appropriate since it will advise other editors that a check has been made and a PROD or deletion is not necessary. I am not intending to be critical here, just offering some small advice – if one works too fast, it can often end up creating more work for others at a later stage. Regards, --Goldsztajn (talk) 08:14, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
- Goldsztajn Noted the point. Thank you. --Amkgp (talk) 13:34, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
Review this article
Hi Amkgp, please review this article Rugal (TV series) and How to Buy a Friend. Thank you so much! Wanpinky (talk) 11:02, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
Please look closely before accepting edits via pending review..
I just have undone the edit you accepted at Violence against Muslims in India; the main article about BJP does mention ties to Hindu Nationalism. Regards. Lectonar (talk) 08:55, 14 April 2020 (UTC)
- Lectonar Okay. Amkgp (talk) 08:57, 14 April 2020 (UTC)
Speedy deletion declined: Queen's Wharf (Brisbane)
Hello Amkgp. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Queen's Wharf (Brisbane), a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: A7 does not cover geographical locations. Thank you. SoWhy 12:27, 14 April 2020 (UTC)
Prakash Nethralaya and Panchakarma Kendra
Hi, Your message states that the given content doesn't specify the reason to include this institute in encyclopedia. Can you please clarify this point with some examples so that we can modify the content accordingly and made it suitable for your site. SidharthMudgil (talk) 19:12, 14 April 2020 (UTC)
OnePageCRM Draft Deletion
Hi, I've left the response to your deletion nomination here Draft talk:OnePageCRM. I've given the examples of other pages in the industry with exactly analogous content that are not deemed promotional and contested your mentioned points. I'd appreciate if you could review it again, with the left comments in mind. Thanks you NadiaReckmann (talk) 11:38, 16 April 2020 (UTC)
Please be more cautious
I've noticed several issues with your patrolling, tagging and afc accepts. In particular this particularly bad draft, is pretty promotional and largely unsourced and included Wikipedia as a source. Please read through WP:AFCR as well. Praxidicae (talk) 15:03, 16 April 2020 (UTC)
- @Praxidicae:usually copy paste are alerted by CopyVios, but here I did not find any and sources are present. Regarding Wikipedia as a source, I thought, but could not decline because of a conclusion from previous similar incident User talk:25 Cents FC#I have sent you a note about a page you started. Please do share your thoughts as it will be useful for AfCs patrolling. I assure of not repeating such acts. Thank you. Amkgp (talk) 16:27, 16 April 2020 (UTC)
Hoaxed submission
Hello, more detailed information has been added per your comments on the AfC submission for Hoaxed (2019 film). Please check it again when convenient. Thanks! Eternal Father (talk) 02:56, 17 April 2020 (UTC)
Firstly, if someone other than the article creator removes a speedy deletion tag in good faith you do not reinstate it. That is edit-warring. Secondly, the context in both of these articles was perfectly clear.
In the light of this and the many messages above I would ask you to stop patrolling new pages until you have gained some experience of editing Wikipedia articles, and of the standard expected of new articles. Phil Bridger (talk) 06:52, 17 April 2020 (UTC)
- Phil Bridger pardon my fault, I will be cautious and careful from now. Amkgp (talk) 15:07, 17 April 2020 (UTC)

Thanks, I just forgot to insert sources, now I inserted them. --Sciking (talk) 15:47, 17 April 2020 (UTC)

Hello Amkgp! Thank you for reviewing my submission. I revised it to comply with your suggested guidance. Can you please review again? Much appreciated.

- Futureoflearning (talk) 06:16, 18 April 2020 (UTC) That's great. Thank you for letting me know!
Pls remove orphan tag
@Amkgp: on 17:32 17 April 2020, you have tagged my new created article Bhagirathi_Parbat_I as orphan, since it was mentioned in List of mountain peaks of Uttarakhand as Bhagirathi_Parbat, I had renamed that and linked with my article on 17:26, 17 April 2020 6 minutes before your tag action. Hope you will remove the tag. Cheers.--Goutam1962 (talk) 10:30, 18 April 2020 (UTC)
