I came across your profile during some of your recent editing in regard to the Syrian conflict. I've been working on a big project over the last few weeks: Attacks on the United States. The aim is to have a list of every time the U.S. (government/military) was attacked.
Well anyway, I wanted to see if you would be interested in helping me put together some of the summaries for the list. I am fairly sure most of the attacks themselves are on the list. But, I'm still working to get the summaries and references put together for each of them. If you are interested or have any questions, feel free to message me back here or on my talk page anytime! If not, I completely understand. Keep up the good work on Wikipedia! The Weather Event Writer (Talk Page) 19:58, 18 December 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm CommissarDoggo. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, 2024 Magdeburg car attack, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. CommissarDoggoTalk? 21:07, 20 December 2024 (UTC)
- Yeah, you're right mate đ 88.243.192.169 (talk) 21:18, 20 December 2024 (UTC)
Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Naomi Seibt. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. Galebazz (talk) 20:00, 21 December 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Hi 88.243.192.169! I noticed your contributions and wanted to welcome you to the Wikipedia community. I hope you like it here and decide to stay.
The rule that affects you most as a new or IP editor is the prohibition on making any edit related to the ArabâIsrael conflict, including discussing articles on talk pages, unless you are logged into an account and that account is at least 30 days old and has made at least 500 edits.
This prohibition is broadly construed, so it includes edits such as adding the reaction of a public figure concerning the conflict to their article or noting the position of a company or organization as it relates to the conflict.
The exception to this rule is that you may request a specific change to an article on the talk page of that article or at this page. Please ensure that your requested edit complies with our neutral point of view and reliable sourcing policies, and if the edit is about a living person our policies on biographies of living people as well.
Any edits you make contrary to these rules are likely to be reverted, and repeated violations can lead to you being blocked from editing. As you get started, you may find this short tutorial helpful:

We also have MOS:TERRORIST, which dictates that unless a large majority of reliable sources label one a terrorist, weâre supposed to hold off on use of the word. Sometimes ridiculous, but policy is policy unless changed by consensus. The Kip (contribs) 18:12, 21 December 2024 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
