Could someone help me understand how to create a page that documents the history of Rotating Solutions? Is the one in my sandbox already viewable by the public when Rotating Solutions is searched for? Thanks.

@5789jms: published articles belong in the "(article)" area, not in the "User:" or "WIkipedia:" spaces. However, as the article currently is, it is not publishable because it does not establish notability for a company. Please read those guidelines carefully or your article will likely be deleted, namely an article must contain multiple reliable and independent sources to show that its subject is notable.
