Wrong symbol
[edit]The symbol of the Upsilon should be ramshorned (ϒ) and not look like a plain letter Y. Unfortunately the wrong symbol is generated by something I don'd understand. Did I hear you saying wiki editing is easy??? 84.165.26.200 (talk) 09:19, 5 November 2008 (UTC)
I thought that Υ was simply Υ. Anyway, I fixed it.Headbomb {ταλκκοντριβς – WP Physics} 18:10, 5 November 2008 (UTC)

Use of Latin upsilon in this article is wrong
[edit]From upsilon: In particle physics the capital Greek letter Υ denotes an Upsilon particle. Note that the symbol should always look like in order to avoid confusion with a Latin Y denoting the hypercharge.
Headbomb, the Latin upsilon Y doesn't show up on many browsers and it's not supported by WP fonts. In addition, it's wrong. So stick a in it. SBHarris 23:56, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
