Definition of Terms

The basic issue with this article is that the terms being referred to as "ultradispensational or hyper" are terms used by opponents of several views of dispensationalism to ridicule other believers . As well I have noticed in this article that several incorrect statements about Grace believers are made. These terms are derogatory and attempt to dismiss any discussion of biblical views that maybe contrary to the religious norm of the large denominations. It seeks to label other views as extremist or heritics. This article should refer to a Fundamentalist Baptist named H.A. IRONSIDE, Litt.D amongst others whom I believe first coined the terms being referred to here, in their attacks on other believers dispensational views. I would love to see an actual article on the Mid acts position without the use of these derogatory terms which should never be used.

I suggest Wikipedia revise the article to point to those like Ironside and their spin rather than any actual theological position. Restored from redirect

The article was originally redirected by an editor who seemed to believe that ultradispensationalism was the same as hyperdispensationalism, and thus redirected this one to hyper. Later editors corrected the redirect by pointing it more appropriately to Bullinger's article (since there isn't a Bullingerism article). But it really can stand on its own as there is more to say about it than is in the section in the Bullinger article. I'm restoring it from it's last pre-redirect state, but it will need work from here. ButlerBlog (talk) 17:45, 15 December 2023 (UTC)
