Bring together?

I see a bunch of articles that are the same position, just different names. Why could we not bring them all into one article, then have country/region specific paragraphs/sections? Just seems a little redundant to have 10 different articles that basically all read "X is the person who has executive oversight and administrative powers of an educational entity or organization". — Preceding unsigned comment added by Notwillywanka (talk • contribs) 05:43, 1 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
