SK St. Mary?

[edit]

(Using their local names to distinguish the schools) This primary school was once combined with SMK St. Mary. SK St. Mary is likely to be much less notable than its secondary counterpart, and since they shared the same history at some point, I'm guessing it won't stand as a separate article from here.

So the problem now is, the current article primarily talks about SMK St. Mary, and I don't think the primary school should be integrated into the article like this, mainly because it looks pretty messy to me, having almost every section split into two subtitles "Primary" and "Secondary".

Summing it up, here are a few ways I came up with:

  1. As above, merge both schools into this article; the article name definitely stays. Article will need rewrite and reorganisation
  2. Only have a small section "SK St. Mary" (either section from History or new subtitle) to mention the interaction between both schools; article name will be discussed whether to keep as it is or renamed it to the secondary school local name or some sort.
  3. Have a larger subtitle "SK St. Mary" which talks about its basic info, like a mini article within this article.
  4. Google up to establish notability for SK St. Mary, in an attempt to create a separate article. This is, of course, a very good option, BUT the problem is right there: hard to get reliable websites mentioning the school, and biographies tend to not mention the primary education.

Whichever method used, the article heading needs to be fixed somehow, as well as the disambiguation hatnote. Surely, more suggestions will be appreciated. — Yurei-eggtart 12:03, 11 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
