Article meets notability requirements for organizations
[edit]I find that this draft meets sufficient and necessary requirements for notability.
Specifically, coverage from multiple sources in the Chicago Tribune and the Winnetka Historical society clearly meet the requirements for independent, secondary, and qualifying sources.
I recommend this article be accepted. Jcooksey1 (talk) 19:25, 1 April 2023 (UTC)
Rationale for notability
[edit]Reasons I believe the article passes the test for notability:
- of historic note (founded in 1902, oldest K-8 school in a notable town)
- national blue ribbon school (<10% of schools nationally ever awarded)
- very few k-8 schools have a $3.8m endowment
- hosted a exhibition of religious art in the 1950s that included many notable artists' works
- 3 other schools in same town have wikipedia pages of their own (Crow Island School, North Shore Country Day School, New Trier High School
- notable alumni and leaders with own Wikipedia pages
