Is there a reason why her criminal background has been left out of the article? It is notable in that her arrest for armed robbery prompted a petition for her removal from Youtube. Maybe I am unclear about BLP policy regarding this. Someone explain this so I can understand what otherwise seems like a puff piece. - Jack Sebastian (talk) 14:31, 11 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Jack Sebastian Is it something that is covered in the sources already referenced in the article or in some other sources? —Alalch E. 22:59, 24 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Respectfully, even a cursory web search would turn up reliably sourced articles detailing her arrest for armed robbery in 2013 and disorderly conduct in 20161 Maybe it was dropped down to misdemeanor shoplifting and then dismissed with conditions. The arrest, however, is legit. - Jack Sebastian (talk) 18:08, 25 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Distractify is not a reliable source. Please see Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Noticeboard/Archive 416#Distractify. Please provide a WP:BLP-grade reliable source (Wikipedia must get the article right. Be very firm about the use of high-quality sources.) —Alalch E. 00:20, 26 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yes I do agree with you the criminal background should be discussed 2A02:A420:27B:6F35:7997:9C9A:A08F:1582 (talk) 14:20, 9 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Getting arrested is not a "criminal background". 2A01:AC:901:1100:401E:2C0F:5D4:275E (talk) 06:40, 25 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
2A02:A420:27B:6F35:7997:9C9A:A08F:1582, do you even have verification from a reliable source of a criminal background? Jack Sebastian certainly has not seemed to provide any.
I believe that making allegations like this without credible citations is a violation of our WP:BLP policy. Peaceray (talk) 16:45, 25 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Alalch E. has the right of it. As Distractify was the source I used to note the expansion on the arrest, and that source is not considered reliable, it's out. Despite the online buz about the subject being (apparently) toxic af online amongst her peers, I woud not have endorsed mention of the arrest had there not been a source - that being Distractify. Since that's a bad source, I withdraw my desire to see inclusion of the information. Quite honestly, if she's as much of a dumpster fire as others say, this won't be the last time she's making news. Wikipedia is nothing if not (supposed to be) patient. - Jack Sebastian (talk) 02:14, 26 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
