Transgender

[edit]

Given that we are talking strictly on the context of sexual orientation, not gender or sex itself, why are we including Transgender people? I'm aware that it's clearly related through the LGBTQ community, but it's not pertinent to the article itself. (Note that I'm not at all trying to ignore, bury under or hide transgender people, I simply think we need to be explicit). Agucova (talk) 04:18, 13 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Article 23 of the CRPD provides for the protection of the right of disabled people to family life, including marriage and the right to have children and thus by implication also protects their sexual rights. This should be included somewhere in this article. Roger (Dodger67) (talk) 19:24, 24 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
