Info needed
[edit]The whole article was re-written except for a few existing facts that were kept. The kept information was primarily about how The Armory Show affected Regionalism, and how Regionalism was important in paving the way for Abstract Expressionism. Otherwise, information was added about how Regionalism began, Regionalisms relationship to American Scene Painting, information about the three artists that defined Regionalism, Regionalisms relationship to Modernism, the importance of Regionalism, the decline of Regionalism, the influence of Regionalism, and notable Regionalist paintings. I also added more images of paintings that the article references. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lily1923 (talk • contribs) 05:50, 13 May 2016 (UTC)
List of resources
[edit]Many references were added including many museums and the Oxford Art Online. Existing information that was kept in the article could be from the Traditional Fine Arts Organization (archived), which has a list of resources on American Scene painting both online and in print.
