I'm pretty sure the events described in this article did not happen in the 1980's.

User Surtsicna has blanked this article with the justification "no indication of notability and, more importantly, no sources whatsoever in a BLP". This is patently untrue: (1) There are two sources given in the article which meet WP's criteria, and countless more could easily be added by anyone who takes the time to do so, because
(2) The Prince is likely to become the head of the house of Wittelsbach and the Jacobite succession to the throne of England. This is practically the definition of notability! (Surely as a general rule anyone born with "His Royal Highness" in front of his name by definition is de facto notable, no? As far as I can extremely unlikely to become the Jacobite heir; more than 150 people would have to die for that to happen. He is also not heir apparent to the headship of the House of Wittelsbach (see heir apparent). Whether his position as 4th in line to the Bavarian throne makes him notable is debatable, but being styled as a Royal Highness is certainly no indication of notability. Would you concur that the 4-year-old Archduke Johannes Maria is notable because he is an Imperial and Royal Highness? Surtsicna (talk) 12:12, 21 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
