Per WP:CRYSTAL, I have restored this article to reflect the reality of things, which is the fact that this man is still Bishop of Paisley until his installation ceremony on 8 September. He is Archbishop-designate and the see of Paisley is not vacant, he is its Apostolic Administrator. Particularly in light of his designate status, surely the recent controversy around his comments on the death of David Cairns should be featured? They don't particularly fit under the heading 'Episcopate', and are what he is mainly known for in public, so I think a sub-heading is appropriate. Feel free to let me know if you disagree.
