Parental leave policies by countries
[edit]Can this section be improved by adding paragraphs about the policies in other countries? I was planning on adding a paragraph about the policies in France. PankhuriP (talk) 19:55, 1 August 2019 (UTC)PankhuriP
This article doesn't mention a lot about race. In the section discussing the United States, I was planning on adding a paragraph to expand on the intersections of race and gender. Mbluek (talk) 10:58, 8 December 2021 (UTC) Mbluek
State Level Family Leave
[edit]It's extremely misleading to say the US doesn't have paid family leave. 8 states and the District of Columbia have now passed laws mandating it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.20.239.163 (talk) 00:10, 26 December 2020 (UTC)
- This is true. For Canada there is a breakout section for Quebec therefore a breakout section by US states should be added for the US. 2603:7000:3700:1E5B:411E:83A3:7C28:B887 (talk) 15:50, 29 November 2022 (UTC)
History
[edit]How is there no section on the History of parental leave? There are a few mentions of acts from certain years, but as far as I can tell none of them were the introduction of parental leave. How did parental leave evolve? What country had it first? When did other countries have it? etc etc. 147.226.239.221 (talk) 04:44, 1 October 2022 (UTC)
