Zionism

[edit]

To avoid Islamophobes using this page as their official "list of the crimes of Muslims" shouldn't we instead have a "list of terror attacks in MENA"? Because it would start with the bombing of the King David Hotel. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Phlip2005 (talkcontribs) 18:17, 14 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Unless the attacks are related to Islamism, not relevant to this page. Islamism covers a number of Pan-Islamic political movements with explicit anti-capitalist and anti-communist goals. Dimadick (talk) 12:47, 15 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

So where is the list of "terror attacks by Jews"? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Phlip2005 (talkcontribs) 17:23, 16 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

It would be a very short list. 2A0E:CB01:113:4A00:2DF4:21D9:3295:9952 (talk) 19:22, 22 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I'm going to assume good faith and that you slipped up and meant "terror attacks by Zionists". Such a list sort of exists at the main Zionist political violence article, but the number of major terrorist attacks by Zionists is not nearly high enough to justify a stand-alone list. Meanwhile, as you can see by the size of this list, the number of terrorist attacks by Islamists is exponentially higher than any other modern politico-religious movement. It is an unfortunate fact that does have the potential to be used by Islamophobes, but that does not mean that we should not cover it or try to "balance" this risk by creating a list that could be used by anti-Semites. - ZLEA T\C 05:07, 23 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
