The Wikipedia entry lists his place of birth as Plainview, Texas. However, in his biography on his website he says he "grew up in Plainview" and is careful not to say he was born there. I checked the Texas Birth Index on Ancestry.com and Jodey Arrington is not listed. I found a family tree on Ancestry that lists his birthplace as Kansas City, Missouri.
