This story is referred to in the Bible where Jesus was being watched to see if he would heal on the sabbath day. It was a religious day separated for consecration. When Jesus saw the man he noticed his hand was withered. He saw the scribes and Pharisees as they tried to find something to accuse him of. That was their custom. Look for someone braking Gods law. It was traditionally kept, no one could work or do anything that represented work on the sabbath. So he saw the man. And he saw the father God heal the man regardless of what day of the week it was. So he healed the man on the sabbath regardless of the day or the sickness. Then asked them, is it lawful on the sabbath days to do good or to do evil? To save life or to destroy it? Then he said to the man, stretch forth your hand. His hand was restored as he stretched it an his withered hand was healed. We have to act. Even when everyone is saying stay home but God says Go. We must go. Horacioibarra (talk) 10:40, 21 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
