Sex with Traci Lords
[edit]Placing the statement that he had sex with Traci Lords immediately after mentioning his 1975 memoir implies that said memoir mentions sex with her. Referring to Lords in the middle of events in the 1970s is, in general, misleading, as she was born in 1968 and illegally became a porn star in 1984. The reference to Lords should be later in the article, and state when the sex between them took place. F W Nietzsche (talk) 18:18, 20 December 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Is the current image (a mug shot) a good one for the article? Harry Reems is not a criminal. --UltraEdit (talk) 18:27, 19 July 2010 (UTC)
- Until someone can post a free use image licensed as such, the mug shot is currently the only confirmed free use image we have of mr. reems. He is welcome to post a snapshot of himself under creative commons license, and all the companies he worked for may post an image if released as free use promotional. It would be very nice to have 2 images: 1 from his porn career, and one since then, since his stated recovery.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 18:49, 7 July 2012 (UTC)
Post one of himself?Lonepilgrim007 (talk) 19:34, 22 March 2013 (UTC)
- What are you talking about, Lonepilgrim? How can he post one of "himself" when he passed away a couple of days ago?Centerone (talk) 05:00, 23 March 2013 (UTC)

- I don't think this should be on the blacklist and I don't know why it is. It's a sexually oriented website with actual in-depth content. In particular this is a link to an more recent in-depth interview.Centerone (talk) 21:34, 12 August 2015 (UTC)

Traci Lords
[edit]According to her own page Lords was even still 15 years old when starring in her film with Reems. But, as far as I know, she used fake papers (s driver's licence) and the notoriety and scandal came later - and if my memory serves me right, she did not look that young when doing porn (at least in her Color Climax spread)--Ralfdetlef (talk) 10:17, 24 September 2022 (UTC)
- I don't think it says that. It implies she started modelling when she was still 15, but it doesn't say she shot the film when she was 15. Do you have a quote? Her birthday is in May. The film was released at the end of 1984, so she would have been 16 during most of the year. Most references I've found for it's release date put it in November, but one I found puts it a couple of months earlier. Either way, that doesn't determine when it was shot. I'm not sure how quick the production timeline typically was in the industry at that time. Centerone (talk) 18:19, 24 September 2022 (UTC)
- I was just looking at her WPlemma; my fault. Some info might be perhaps found in Robert Rimmer's film-criticism - on porn. Nomen est omen. But it is actually rather good.--Ralfdetlef (talk) 16:37, 26 September 2022 (UTC)
