I propose merger of Armstrong High School (Washington, D.C.) into Friendship Armstrong Academy (a school operated by www.friendshipschools.org). The need for this merger was recently mentioned at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_National_Register_of_Historic_Places#Article_merger. Apparently these are about the same building and school. Offhand, I think "Friendship Armstrong Academy" should be the title, because that is the current school. OTOH the notability may mostly be accrued to the historic building which was perhaps known longer as "Armstrong Manual Training School' (NRHP listing name) or as "Samuel Chapman Armstrong Technical High School" or as "Armstrong High School" or as "Dorothy Height Charter School". But, hmm, there are multiple (13) schools within the Friendship Public Charter School! This seems to be the one identified in Google maps as "Friendship Public Charter School - Armstrong Campus" and by the Friendship Public Charter School webpages as "Friendship Armstrong Elementary & Middle" (111 O Street, NW). There is currently no Friendship Public Charter School (currently a redlink) article, though there is Friendship Collegiate Academy Public Charter School about one of its high schools. Hmm, so now I wonder should there be a big article at Friendship Public Charter School (the redlink), and have a separate article about the historical Armstrong school and its building (using say the NRHP listing name as title, i.e. put it at Armstrong Manual Training School with redirects from the alternatives). Okay, let's say this last is what I propose: do the merger, and put it at "Armstrong Manual Training School".
No matter what title is chosen, though, the article now at "Friendship Armstrong Academy" is older (started in 2011) and covers the NRHP listed historic building, so I think the newer one (started in 2019, put into AFC process, then promoted to mainspace) should be merged into it. But a wp:history merge should be done to capture/reflect the many good contributions at the newer one. @Slowking4, History2049, Ariel Cetrone (WMDC), MB, and Bubba73:.
