Why is this person notable? The article does not seem to make any claim that he was, or that his own life was anything other than the ordinary life of an average minister of religion. He was in the vicinity when the Salem trials were underway, but was not a part of them, and was not accused himself. He seems to have done nothing beyond signing a letter many other people signed. Several of his relatives were accused; that makes them notable, not him. We seem to have an article for him only for some kind of genealogical completeness.
