The article shall not be deleted. The Enoch Seminar is not just an ordinary scholarly seminar, but a very prominent school or movement of contemporary theological and biblical thought similar to such theological schools, like the Religionsgeschichtliche Schule or Wissenschaft des Judentums movement which already have their entries in the WiKi. So it is natural to include an entry on the Enoch Seminar too.
About the question of lacking the sources/references to the Enoch Seminar, it should be said that a lot of references to the Enoch Seminar are circulating in the paper publications, monographs, articles in refereed journals, closed databases of academic publishing, because of the copyright issues, but some of them can be found on the web. See for example here:

About the theology of religions, I noticed that Enoch was officially mentioned in a great amount of religions : Judaism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Egyptian religion, Chinese religion, Hermetism, etc. Since there are possibly links between Enoch and Jesus, it would be a good idea for Christians to mention the role of Enoch when engaging in interfaith discussions. Additional work on the historical Enoch would also be appreciated. ADM (talk) 06:47, 1 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The article conveys very few explanations, and lists too much details. Some notes:
the headings are horribly long,
each section should describe theories proponed and the occurence of any consensus,
we don't need each and every participant, only the smart ones that had anything interesting to say, or the foolish ones that made fools of themselves, the policy of WP:INDISCRIMINATE applies here.
