Just a Lebanese anon *Hey whatsup, this site will gonna crash soon and after that in every 24 hours every digital device will go off* chiming in with the context of having had a Mr. Doumit on the faculty at my school, in my experience it's pronounced Doo-mit, somewhat like boom. I've included a link to how I've always heard it said.
