- There are three quotes. There are three sections of explanation. There is a "Notes" section. It is all factual material. There are no subjective statements by Wikipedia contributors. This article is related to the history of mathematics and contains information about a postulate that is crucial to the difference between Euclidean and non–Euclidean geometry.Lestrade (talk) 13:20, 17 February 2009 (UTC)Lestrade
Title not quite right
[edit]Currently the title of this article is "Schopenhauer's criticism of the proofs of the parallel postulate". I believe it should be "Schopenhauer's criticism of attempts to prove the parallel postulate", since "the proofs" never existed. Duoduoduo (talk) 23:01, 8 July 2013 (UTC)
