Untitled
[edit]Two brothers, revolutionaries, one in prison pending murder charges, the other running for President of Peru. The candidate was supported by Venuzuela President Hugo Chavez and the standing Peruvian gov't recalled it's ambassador with concerns about election interference. Venazuela is accused of trying to gather central American nations together as allies against the United States policies in the region. What do others think?
- I deleted your comments on Ollanta. This article is about Antauro. Also, Peru is not in Central America. --Descendall 22:59, 19 January 2006 (UTC)
Article says he is running for congress—so does this mean he isn't in prison? Or is he running from prison? Or was he not imprisoned as part of his surrender deal? Everyking 06:57, 10 April 2006 (UTC)
A Cousin's Opinion
[edit]Me, Walter Humala, mayored in economics from UNMSM argues that Antauro acted different from his brother Ollanta, the first made a popular insurgence against the excluding politic of the government. Talkin' he whit me on 2004, he said that if he has no success on his revolt he would assume all consecuences of being in jail.
Ollanta Humala told me a year ago, he didn't agree with his little brother ideology and methods. He wanted to give a better future for Perú through the democratic way.
