Deng Deng Hoc Yai (born 01 January 1965 at Alelkot in Kongder, Aweil South County)[1] during the first civil war is a South Sudanese Politician and academician who served as the National Minister for General Education and instructions in South Sudan from November 30 2013[2]– August 19 2019.[3] when H. E Salva Kiir Mayardit appointed him.[4]
