The 2024–25 season is the 148th season in the history of Crewe Alexandra Football Club and their third consecutive season in League Two. The club are participating in the League Two, the FA Cup, the EFL Cup, and the EFL Trophy.

Pre-season and friendlies

On 4 June, Crewe announced their pre-season preparations, with matches against Newcastle Town, Stafford Rangers, Stoke City, Tamworth and Blackpool.[24] Two weeks later, the club confirmed the squad would travel to Algarve for a five day training camp.[25]
