Will Heldt (born February 15, 2005) is an American football defensive end for the Clemson Tigers.
Career
[edit]Heldt attended Carmel High School in Carmel, Indiana.[1] During his high school career he had 190 tackles and 10 sacks. He committed to Purdue University to play college football.
Heldt played in all 12 games as a true freshman at Purdue in 2023 and had 12 tackles.[2][3] He became a starter his sophomore year in 2024.[4][5][6]
After his sophomore season, Heldt entered the transfer portal. He committed to Clemson on December 19, 2024, making him coach Dabo Swinney's first defensive transfer.[7]
