Trans-Siberian Railway
[edit]Can someone take a look at Trans-Siberian Railway, an article rated as of high importance to WikiProject Trains? There is a major problem with this page, caused by the size of the templates exceeding the softwear limits. At least one of the templates (Trans-Manchurian Railway) seems to be of only peripheral interest to this article, and should probably be hived off to the relevant main article (but is it relevant to that article either?). However, it appears there will still be problems as the main template exceeds the limits on its own, and needs to be simplified. Work was started on solving the problem in 2007, but appears to have dried up. Skinsmoke (talk) 05:55, 14 April 2012 (UTC)
N & W J Class (1941)
[edit]Under section "Fire Up 611," could someone complete the sentence at the end of the 2nd paragraph? I don't know trains and I don't want to mess up the history of this elegant locomotive. However, this should be fixed: "However, the hoped for amount was not reached, and the locomotive"... Oops?! Thanks. Rustypup49 (talk) 21:13, 10 March 2014 (UTC)
Can someone rewrite 'the station is built to surface gauge and trains to that larger LU loading gauge occasionally pass through' - I am not familiar enough with the area to resolve the (I presume) rewrite snarly-up. Jackiespeel (talk) 14:19, 23 December 2014 (UTC)
Hallo collegues, I wanted to connect the german article of "Gleis" with the english article of "Track (rail transport)" (both directions). They seem to share the same theme. But there are technical limits I wasn't able to overthrow. The message is of blocking because of other references, which are hidden to me. If there is somebody to assist or simple doing it would be appreciated. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Saxobav (talk • contribs) 18:14, 3 January 2017 (UTC)
