timing
[edit]A couple questions about timing. Can we work on and submit articles that were nominated for deletion long ago, or anytime before the start date of the contest? Also, can we work on and submit articles that we edited before the start date of the contest? I'm not really picky. Just the kind of thing that warrants clarification.
