Reason: The geolocation and ISP info do not match each other. The ISP only exists in Japan, but the Whois info indicates South Korea. The IP also appears to some article where many IP sockpuppeters disrupted whom I know. So this is worth checking.--Caspian blue 06:36, 8 January 2010 (UTC)
