Statement of the dispute

The editor Jotamar persists raising objections and making obstructive edits in section Politics in Navarre, see also Talk:Navarre. While we got to an understanding in some former edits, the editor has increasingly engaged in obstructive editing, insisting in adding wording according to his preference, or overuse of demanding tags. Is that behaviour acceptable at all? I add also links to previous edits by this editor and disputes I was involved with him (the ones I could track down). Iñaki LL (talk) 22:05, 16 June 2014 (UTC)

Assess the disruptive conduct of the above user if applicable
Editor will stop raising dubious and unhelpful objections
Editor will add tags only if he has good grounds/leads, based on his knowledge of the topic, to think that an information may not be so
Editor will add verifiability

Description

The reported editor keeps raising objections of a POV nature in a string on Navarre, I have met him in previous edits where, like here, he shows reactive, inaccurate and unsupported responses and edits/tags I have to fix myself, no care really, and no real insight into the matter in question. His answers often mention a "neutrality" claim. He asked for 3o and got an adverse answer but that would not be enough, so kept making claims. Attempted DRN, but does not apply to conduct matters (...) Discouraging and really wasting my time.
