Why did Vishwanath give Power of Attorney to Madan? Ofcourse is it beucz Vishwanath did Not believe that Madan was Going to Steal the Entire Property? If it was Not necessary for Vishwanath to give Madan the Power of Attorney, could Vishwanath have left Power of Attorney in a Secret Locker?(67.187.181.37 (talk) 04:39, 26 June 2016 (UTC)). A power of attorney is a legal document authorizing a person to act in another's place during the latter's absence or incapacity, in this case presumably to deal with the running of the business. I'm trying to remember this music video that came out in 2008. It was sung by Canadian male singer who was in his twenties and he was singing his love to a girl.
