Help add to history! This month we are featuring Black History in Rochester. Learn about editing Wikipedia pages and the resources available in RBSCP collections.
No experience is necessary. Training will be available and there will be plenty of volunteers to answer questions about editing.
Drop in for half an hour or longer; no need to stay for the full session. Light refreshments will be provided.

Finding aids
[edit]One of the ways to contribute to this event is to help us add finding aids to Wikipedia articles and/or Wikidata items. This table lists some of the finding aids in Rare Books. First, we need help identifying the appropriate articles on Wikipedia and Wikidata – adding those to this table. Then, we'll add an External link to Wikipedia articles (if appropriate) and/or an "archives at" statement to the Wikidata item.
Click the Edit link next to the start of the Finding aid section and start editing the table – that counts as editing Wikipedia! Enter a status of "working" so that others know the entry is in progress; be sure to change to "done" when you're finished!
