Join us at the CREW Wikipedia Edit-A-Thon - Joseph Epstein Edition! In this event, participants will receive hands-on training about editing and creating wikipedia pages with an eye toward increasing visibility of underrepresented groups on Wikipedia. We’ll have experienced Wikipedians who can help you start editing. The meeting will be by Zoom. Contact Sean Sather-Wagstaff ssather at clemson dot edu for information about joining the meeting.
What to expect
[edit]This is a gathering for anyone, from seasoned contributors to people who are wanting to know more. Anyone can contribute. No Wikipedia editing experience necessary; as needed throughout the event, training will be provided for Wikipedia newcomers. If you are unfamiliar with Wikipedia, you can get a head start with this this training module.
