This person simply does not exist. A total WP:HOAX. Thanks to @Oceanh for bringing it to light.

The first reference is bogus. NBL1 is shorthand for Norsk biografisk leksikon, 1st edition, where volume 3 came out in 1926, long before the subject would have accomplished anything to warrant encyclopedic inclusion. Above all, the purported author Dahl was not born yet.
It then follows that the person does not have an entry in the aforementioned volume 3, which under "Christophersen" only contains the three brothers Christian Eilert Rasch Christophersen, Peter Christophersen and Wilhelm Christopher Christophersen.
The subject does not have an entry in the second edition either. Furthermore, the entry for his brother would have informed of any family member who also had entries, because this is the style of this biographical dictionary.
The second reference exists, but doesn't support what it claims.
The third reference is ludicrous; why would a book about theatre history from 1889 be a reference to support facts that purportedly happened in the 1940s or 1950s?
The subject is not a family member of the purported family in the 1910 census or 1920 census
There are no search hits in Norway's National Library for any conceiveable spelling of the subject's name.
The claim that Den nasjonale regjering had informants working directly for them is baseless. Informants worked through Sicherheitsdienst/Gestapo, Abwehr or Statspolitiet.

Worst of all, the creator has edited lots of other articles, vandalizing some, at least including the subject's alleged brother. Most of the ensuing discussion should adress the actions of this user. Geschichte (talk) 19:21, 16 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Keep I encountered the story of Halfdan Olaus Christophersen early in my career, it's become a favorite but I've always felt the section of his time in the Norwegian resistance movement could use some more content. I have family in Tallin and there is a rich Norwegian immigrant community here, including the Christophersen (Cristofersen) family. The references would all be perfectly suitable if Hessel Christophersen happened to be found. Perhaps if I had some help finding references, we could keep the article? Delete WP:V is policy. The article's creator GourmetBean only has 59 edits so we can cut them slack and outline policy. Please keep on contributing but when starting an article make sure there is plenty of WP:RS - use Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Perennial sources to determine what RS is.
